Tina is just a good soul. She loves animals and treats your dog as her own. She is both a wonderful groomer and human being.

Tina and her assistant are truly gems in the industry! I have a small dog who is a rescue and can be reactive and even nip if scared, my husband and I had previously tried to take our dog to other groomers and had been turned away without any effort on the groomers part to take the time to make our dog comfortable and our dog was labeled " too difficult" it was really disappointing. By the time we met Tina and her crew we were desperate and our poor dog was starting to get mats that we just couldn't deal with at home and I felt awful. I wish we had found Tina sooner because she was so patient, kind and very sympathetic to our situation. She handled our dog without any judgment and did an amazing job on the cut( her assistant is equally wonderful) I almost cried when I saw my little fur baby after her first cut. Bottom line I hope Tina stays in business forever because she has a lifetime client with us. Thank you shear heaven for taking a chance on our rescue when no one else would.

This place is the best! I've been coming here for 4 years already. Tina is exceptional. I have two very furry dogs and they always have their hair cut to perfection. Tina has so much love and patience for dogs - you see it the moment you meet her. She's also a delight to talk to. If you have a small dog, this is the place to get them groomed!

Tina is unbelievable! She has the kindest heart and an undeniable love for every animal that enters her threshold. I find myself never wanting to leave because while she is caring for my pets, she is caring for me too. And it doesn't hurt that she is hilarious! You'll Love her and won't regret the visit. I was walking my dog and walked in because my dog was stinky (what’s new?). I spoke to one of the owners and she and her business partner happily accepted a walk in appt for a bath for little stinker here. I picked him up an hour later and he was so fresh and clean. The people working there are very nice too. I had a problem at PetCo and I’ll never go there again, so I’m happy to find a new groomer I can trust with my old pup.

Tina is the BEST! She has been our dog groomer for our two dogs for many years. One of our dogs is nervous about going to the groomers (and the vet!), but Tina handles him with calming care and when we pick him up, he is a proud boy....We recently moved an 1hr away, but still drive into Hermosa to get our dogs groomed by Tina. She also provides teeth cleaning service! Many thanks to Tina, and her wonderful team at Shear Heaven.
