This is the third time I've brought my Jeep in to just be blown away by how terrible the attention to detail is. First time it was my dash, just covered in dust.
This time, my entire backseat. I took a video and picture to show it.
$40 and tip to get this handed back to me.
Beyond disappointing. Shiny outside, filth on the inside. Zero attention to detail.

Came to the Redondo location for a basic car wash. Exterior car was cleaned well and they did a sufficient job vacuuming the inside. I came on a weekday and was in and out very quickly. Overall had a good experience.

Came here today for wash #2 and was very happy with the result!! My car came out squeaky clean and the staff was very detail oriented + friendly. Definitely feel like I got my money’s worth and will be returning when I’m in the area!
Nice interior and exterior areas to wait for your car as well- clean bathrooms.

Car was clean, but the vacuum wasn’t very good and they left a lot of streaks on the windows, they didn’t wipe down any of the interior whatsoever, and they charged $35 for the # 2 wash. To me I feel like I could’ve gone to one of the self washes and done a better job myself…

Horrible interior service, I paid $40 for them not to vacuum the car, they lost a customer and I don't recommend them to anyone. If I had known I would have a bad experience I would have bought equipment myself and done it at home.

Do not come here. They curbed my wheels while driving into the wash area. When the car came out I complained and all the employees tried to blame the curb rash on me. Ridiculous customer service.

I have been coming here for over 5 years. Today the so called " manager" Josh I think is his name, left my car sitting while taking other cars ahead of mine after watching this. I went to ask him why? He verbally abused me, with witnesses, he said " you always complain" I said what are you talking about, " you are taking care ahead of mine 4 cars, that came after me, I was in the bathroom, paid and My car is still sitting here waiting to go through," he replied, "Shut your mouth, "Shut up". After this verbal abuse. I asked the cashier for the owners name and number, she told me to call in the morning to speak with staff manager!. It is truly horrific how this for has ruined this car wash business. It used to be good before they hired him. He apparently has verbally abused other patrons, especially women. After speaking with other patrons, who witnessed this. Just terrible and completely unnecessary situation.

Has switched to a hand wash. Overall good service, very busy on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Tuesday best day. Sometimes only one hand washer on duty. They need to rinse the hand wash mits between cars IMO. Vacuum detail was just ok. Friendly counter service. I tip the service men and women well, they are the key to your final experience. Overall, a good experience.

A few weeks ago, I paid $100 for a hand wash and wax with interior cleaning and when it was ready, it looked like they just ran it through the machine and called it good. There was a ton of leftover pollen and bugs and grease that I had to point out to them on every side of the car and didn’t look like they even waxed it. They just do spray on wax but it doesn’t do anything if you spray it on over a bunch of grime… Inside was ok but lots of streaks on the dash and windows. Waste of money for sure. Will not come here again or recommend.

It's so hard to find businesses who do good work these days and this place is no exception. I paid $200 for a complete interior detail. On the surface, everything looked great, but as I went to check everything out today, the entire car has missing spots all over. They really took shortcuts here and I'm beyond frustrated. Go somewhere that values their work instead of trying to get through as many cars as possible.

Just went for a 300$ detail. Mirrors are dirty. Door panels have missed areas of dirt. Poor job. Sigh… upon further review finding more and more dirt everywhere. Just a really terrible job. They also didn’t remove the sticker glue that I asked them to basically they barely washed it and charge me $300 terrible.
