I can't recommend Olympic Auto Center any more. Gary was extremely helpful and helped me navigate my insurance and fought for me against my insurance to make sure I was getting new parts installed after my car was hit, even when my insurance was trying to say I should only get used parts. This place will have your back and the quality of their work is impeccable.

A few weeks ago my wife's 1999 Mercedes C230 was in a minor accident that badly damaged the driver's side fender and headlight assembly and damaged the grill and hood a bit, etc. Got it back from Olympic a couple of days ago, and the repairs are amazing! It looks like new, including the paint. Gary was great to deal with, very friendly, excellent communication, very knowledgeable, and he worked really hard to secure the difficult-to-find parts needed to repair this 23-year-old car. We're very happy with the work! I highly recommend Olympic Auto Center.

Gary at Olympic auto helped me with repairs for my car in a fender bender and also helped me navigate through insurance claims. He is SO kind and thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Can not recommend his shop enough!

My car was hit in a relatively minor fender bender. Gary at Olympic auto was not only overly communicative, but took the time to walk me around the car and explain all the damage and what his thoughts were about the repair. He's extremely intelligent and so kind! While dealing with insurance companies, he worked as quickly as possible to get the job done and made sure I was given everything I deserved. I would send anyone to his shop! Thanks Gary!!

My front fender was coming off of my 2013 BMW due to it getting caught on one of the rebar posts sticking out of a concrete parking lot bumper. Gary explained what I needed in detail and showed me the damaged parts.I got a very fair estimate and based on the reviews, I left my car with him overnight to get it repaired. The parts that were damaged under the bumper came in the next day, and within 24 hours I had my car back and the bumper attached very securely on my car. I needed a car so he called a local rental company and Enterprise picked me up, and when I returned the car the next day, they took me back to his shop at no additional cost. I was extremely happy with the service and price and highly recommend them.

I was recently in my first car crash and unsure of all the procedures and how to navigate the car insurance world.. Googling didn't help much besides terrify me about getting taken advantage of. Gary was absolutely amazing in giving insight with what he's seen the past 30 years as well as helped me navigate all the steps towards getting my car to pre-accident condition. I took my car here after an accident for some light body work and mirror replacement. I had previously found this shop on Yelp and Nextdoor while looking for a local, honest auto body shop. My insurance booked the appointment for me and I heard back from Gary within 10 minutes. He was friendly on the phone and got all my details. I took my car in the next morning and we walked through the damages. He was patient and thorough; I didn't feel rushed or brushed off when asking questions. I also got an estimate and advice from him about handling additional damages not related to what was being immediately fixed. Communication throughout the process was top notch. Parking is a little tight as the shop is on a residential street, but I would absolutely recommend Gary and Olympic Auto Body to anyone looking for quality workmanship and honest, fair pricing.

Olympic Auto Body is the best! My BMW was backed into by a truck and Gary got my car repaired in new like condition. Matching white paint can be difficult and the paint job is flawless. If your in a fender bender... don't give this shop a second thought. They are ethical, customer service orientated, and good people.

Olympic Auto Body Shop was wonderful. One of my kids had dented our truck's side that affected two panels. Gary & crew was able to fix the dent so that it looked smooth & brand new. He also was able to match the color on the car beautifully even though the color is no longer available since our car is old. He also used the extra paint to give a nice finish to nicks on our passenger doors. We were given a very reasonable price and time frame for fixing it. What other shop would do that? We've used other places around town over the years - Jim & Jack's mostly. None could beat the personalized service & prices at Olympic Auto.

The guys at Olympic Auto Care were professional, honest, friendly, and affordable. They took the time to explain what they needed to do on my car and answered all of my questions, and were actually thorough with their inspection, unlike some other body shops I visited. They were able to do the body work very quickly, and even helped me with a few things that weren't included in the original repair. I wish I could give this crew more than five stars.

I brought my car in last month, after a hit and run. Thank goodness for insurance and Gary. He is a true professional. He carefully explained to me why things had to be fixed a certain way. My car looks better than it did before it got hit. The boys there do a great job of blending and matching the paint. Olympic was recommended by my guy Romero at Alliance Auto. He's awesome too so I knew I was in good hands.
