“Anthony, Sarah and Elka were all wonderful, took their time help me out, answered all my questions explain to me what I needed to do and this was all in the middle of me being rude and answering a business call while we were talking to me that’s top tier Service being able to be With someone on the phone and still help them out with all the patients and kindness. I have been here several times and have gotten nothing but great answers, and what I am doing correctly in incorrectly on my gardening.”
“My fiancé and I were looking for some new plants to fill out our front yard. The nursery had so many options for us to choose from for both potted and ground plant options! I had to stop by fiancé from buying the whole store. We ended up choosing a Princess Flower and some Mexican Sage. Luis was very helpful in telling us how to take care of the plants (how often to water, when to expect them to bloom, how much sun they need, etc). We'll definitely be back for some more succulents or hydrangeas!”

“I was looking for flowers to place on my loved ones' graves, and I randomly went into Growing Wild to inquire about them. The shopkeeper was super kind and made some beautiful bouquets with roses, tulips, and a bunch of other flowers I didn't know the names of (but gorgeous nonetheless)! She even packed them into a box for easy transport, which was much-needed! Total was $65 for two bouquets, which was reasonable and I'm really glad how they turned out. My loved ones would've been happy with these flowers. :)”

“Everyone and I mean every Rome was so incredibly knowledgeable down to the scientific name of each plant, it’s seasonal growth pattern and everything in between. Everywhere we turned there was someone to say good morning. They all asked if they could be helpful to us. It was a really great experience!”

“Venice Plants is fabulous place to pick up beautiful, healthy plants.Dustin and his family have owned and operated at this location for 30+ years for a reason. Their selection of tropical and other house plants is robust, and their prices quite reasonable.Staff have a no-nonsense approach that may initially come across as a bit gruff, but don't let that deter you. Once you engage with them, you'll find they are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They also genuinely care about helping you find the right plant and how to keep the thing alive.Most recently, I was in search of an elephant ear plant, but when I needed a different size that they didn't have in stock, Dustin procured it for me a few days later. He also gave me a great deal on it and a beautiful teal ceramic pot. Dustin’s son even repotted the elephant ear in a larger plastic pot that better fit in said ceramic pot—adding more soil and not charging for the extra service.This place is a gem, and if you’ve read this far you could have already been there by now.”
“When we first arrived at Peter's Garden Center, we were greeted by a super helpful young lady sho was incredibly knowledgeable. I cannot remember her name but she was just 100%. Then by chance we had the incredible pleasure of meeting the owner Theresa. Her Grandpa started the business way back in the forties. We purchased 7 large beautiful outdoor plants and one indoor. We walked in strangers and walked out feeling like we made friends.”
“this place was nirvana for me. absolutely gorgeous, fresh, and usual flowers! and the owner took the time out of his schedule to make me a extraordinary custom arrangement! and i mean EXTRAORDINARY arrangement with a king protea (!!!) and roses and flowering branches! i hesitate leaving this review. because now EVERYONE is going to discover this hidden gem of a joint and there will be a line down the block! but that's a good thing so i must share this place with everyone. and, the truth is, i'd stand in a long line if necessary because it would be worth it. “We worked with Jasmin to get pea gravel for our project. Communication was great and she got everything delivered on time, before the holidays. The truck driver, I did not get your name, but was very friendly and unloaded the rocks right where we needed them. Excellent truck driver by the way, I didn't see a backup camera on that bad boy, but he was able to navigate that truck into our narrow driveway and frequent cross traffic with no problem.Thank you and Happy Holidays”
“I absolutely love this place! This is my go to place for any bouquet or floral arrangement. I love to stop here and get fresh flowers before visiting my friends. I’ve been frequenting this place for a few years now but my most recent visit is what made me feel compelled to write a review. I was helped by a young girl, I believe her name was Kelsey. She was so thoughtful and helpful. I was looking for a special arrangement for my friend who had just lost a loved one and she took extra care to help me pick out something for the occasion. I really appreciated her kindness during such a vulnerable time. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a gift for someone or just a special treat for yourself.”
“Bought a beautiful 7ft Xmas tree from them, one of the employees tied it to the roof of my car. While driving, it slid off the roof quite a bit. I pulled over and fixed it by detaching the 2 out of 4 ropes/strings that were tied to the pair of the back door latch strikers, and instead tied those 2 to the front door latch strikers, so all 4 were equally distributed. Then drove home effortlessly. But it could’ve ended badly. I hope you relay this message to the employees(the red guys) so they learn like I did, yesterday.”

“I work near Home Depot in Carson I love to look at plants during my lunch hour and most of the time I buy them also but the only thing that bothers me is when the plants come in a pot with no drainage hole and the soil is always soggy and drenched with water... other than that no complaints”
