He took problems that other branches hadn't been able to resolve for us across 5+ visits and 7+ hours and he resolved them all himself in under an hour! Not only was he able to resolve them, but he explained each resolution in clear and helpful ways. When we had follow-up questions a few weeks later, Kyle was very knowledgeable and responsive regarding those questions, too.
