I ABSOLUTELY love this salon!!! I have been coming here for almost 20 years! I've been going to Michelle Hart! My rating for her if it was 5 stars would be 100!!! She knows her stuff!!! She is also VERY sweet, kind, thoughtful and I just love her!!! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Just had my first experience with Diana and I couldn't be more impressed by someone who isn't out to impress you but has an innate desire to deliver what she understands you want. I love everything about my haircut and instead of Diana bragging about how she really knows how to do Asian hair, she just told a humble story about how she developed that expertise. Lastly I wanted to say how much I appreciated her accomodating me on a day off so i could get my hair done before a wedding because she missed my texts. I can't recommend Diana enough! Plus she is just a very nice, good person.

Booked an appointment with Victor on 8/15 @ 11am. Texted him the morning of to verify the address since it said the salon was closed on Sundays. No response- I show up to the salon, doors are locked. I tell Victor I am here - no response. He didn't show up to a scheduled appointment or even text me that he will not be coming. What a waste of time!

I think its funny that when you get negative feedback about a stylist you're like they don't represent the Maximus... well if you have them contracted with you and working there then yes they do. As an independent contractor if someone isn't giving my business a good name we stop working with them. Maybe you need a system to to assist people if so many people aren't getting it and don't get so defensive.

This review is specifically for VICTOR MAGANA and my experience with him. Although Maximus salon should realize that this is the type of stylist representing their brand and their name. I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian Blowout and haircut cut. I texted him per the certificate instructions. I set an appointment for beginning of March. 3 days later I get a text that the appt will no longer work as he will be out of town. I said that's fine, gave him my availability again and asked for the next available. I did not hear anything back in over a week. I finally decided to text him back to see where we were at on resetting my appt. He now tells me he's booked out another 3 weeks and can't see me until end of March. At this point im upset bc I have to wait an additional 3 weeks on top of the month I was already waiting based upon my original appt being incorrectly booked by Victor, himself. From there his responses get ugly. He starts telling me that I should have checked his availability before I bought the Groupon and that he a very busy stylist. I ended up trading in the Groupon in bc I felt this behavior was unprofessional and I no longer felt comfortable having the service with him. I have never had an issue with any service or stylist when using Groupon. In the end I did suggest he drop Groupon clients bc he doesnt have the time to give his full attention nor the customer service they deserve.

The owners and staff are very talented, thoughtful and client centric. My hair looks so much better than it ever has between the color (you can get organic or regular color), and the fantastic Keratin treatments offered. If you are looking for a salon that has your interests and desires in mind, and is focused on delivering high quality results, I highly recommend Maximus.

I've been a client of Maximus Salon for several years. Ed Hart, the owner, does a wonderful color treatment, and an outstanding hairstyle. He listens to me when I describe what I would like, and takes his time to be sure his customers are pleased with their results. As a highlight, Ed is conversational, interesting, funny and kind. His wife, Michelle, is the co-owner, and together, they create a professional atmosphere, along with the feeling of a family environment. I recommend Ed of course, but if you have long hair, I see magic being created by Michelle. Actually, when I am there, I look around, and see capable, talented hairstylists throughout the salon. I highly recommend Maximus. Couldn't do better!!
