Came in for a basic gel manicure a few months ago. I was pleased with the color selection and that they could see me after 6pm on a weekday, but ultimately won’t be returning here. I spent over two hours with the nail stylist and while I enjoyed the conversation, I have never wanted to leave a salon so bad. It was achingly slow and not an impressive job. Not to mention I was shocked to see that I was being charged $50 for the manicure alone! It was “hard gel” which ended up damaging my nails comparable to an acrylic manicure. I was never asked which type of gel, so be sure to clarify if you visit here.

I recently just got a mani- pedi by momo who is new to Hermosa mail co and omg. I have never had a better manicure in my life. My nails were short and not looking like there was any hope of making them look normal. She did a celebrity-status job and they have never looked better. Not only did she do a perfect job, she made my experience unforgettable because of our sweet conversation. I love momo!!! Thank you!!!

First ever Yelp review, and first time going here! I had to write about it. It was a wonderful experience. Tracy owns the business, and she did my nails. The business is located in such a cute little beachy area of Hermosa, with very easy parking. The business itself is very clean, and so cute! Perfect environment for a girl's spa day, or if you simply want to feel relaxed. Tracy's work on my nails was STUNNING. She heard exactly what I wanted and made it come to life. I needed nails that would look great for when I try on my engagement ring this weekend, and she more than delivered. Excellent quality, and excellent prices. I will be a regular customer now! This was my first time visiting and I had such a good experience ! The salon is very clean and inviting . Momo did my nails and they look perfect. She really took her time and put a lot of care into making sure my mani/pedi looked good. I will be back!

April's facial is amazing not only does she put her heart into your issues with your face and neck around your eyes and mouth she wants to help you get back in your youth. With this facial you should not want to get Botox or filler's and just revive the skin you have. April is a wonderful person. The place is beautiful clean and accessible for parking it's off of PCH by ET surf shop. The best money well spent for yourself. Thank you April .

I have been a client of Traci's for several years now, we have a long standing appointment every two weeks, and my skin has been looking and feeling great ever since. I frequently get compliments on my skin from people and I always give credit to Traci because she's so knowledgeable and uses a variety of great products. Most recently I had my first extra strength chemical ProPeel and the results were amazing, it shed years from my face. I was so impressed with the outcome that I'm beyond excited for the next peel. Traci is so awesome, you won't find a better esthetician in the area. To top it all off, she offers so many other beauty services that her salon will be your one-stop shop for all your beauty needs and concerns.

I have been going to Hermosa Nail for almost two years now. Traci has transformed my skin with her facials, treatments and the line of face products she uses. I am no longer having to use multiple layers of foundation and concealer. I find myself using a thin application of a foundation just to lightly even out my already almost flawless skin. She is professional and knowledgeable and a joy to be with. I highly recommend her if you are looking to transform and/or maintain your skin. I've also been having my nails done with Linda. She is also professional and knowledgeable and gives the most thorough, gentle and relaxing mani/pedis. I always look forward to my time with her. You will not be disappointed going to Hermosa Nail for any service. They are the best!

I've been coming here for almost a year to get my lashes done by Yoko. Even though this is a nail salon, they also offer full spa amenities, such as skincare, wax, hair, and lashes. The shop is nicely decorated and always clean. They also spruced up the cleanliness since Covid, adding partitions between stations to enhance both privacy and social distancing, as well as hand sanitizer, temperature checks, and a health screening upon entry. It always smells good in here, too! It's not like other nail shops where the smell of acrylic and monomer is overpowering. You don't smell any chemicals in here, so they clearly have great ventilation, as well. Yoko has her own private room and many others use private rooms, as well. They have parking in a private lot, as well as on a side street. This cute little salon is located upstairs with a great ocean view. In addition to the services they provide, they also sell many different products that smell amazing and are fantastic for your skin!
