I left my wallet here and Rafa found my contact info in the wallet and called me to help me get it back. I had no idea where I lost it. That shows integrity and trustworthiness on his part and I would definitely use these guys for a repair or even buying a used car in the future. Thanks again, Rafa!

Hermosa motors is an awesome company with excellent customer service! Purchased a vehicle, from Brad, last week and have been extremely happy with my decision. Hermosa Motors knows how to earn repeat business from clients with customer service that goes the extra mile. Definitely recommend giving them a visit!

Bought a nice slightly used F 250 Lifted last Saturday. Was there and was a bit busy, but Zach was very helpful and honest. Traded my out my old truck and the price was not bad at all. I tried going to bigger dealerships and they want everything including the kicthen sink. I never shopped at smaller dealers, but Hermosa Motors changed my mind. If I ever need another vehicle I am going back and do business. I recommend that when you are ready to buy a used car or truck make sure you have a decent credit and money to back up your purchase, don't get in overhead and do your research. Remember you still have to pay your car payment, gas, and insurace every month so that 200 becomes 500 a month payment.

Didn't even end up buying a car from Brad and Zack at Hermosa motors, but the whole experience that we had was just wonderful and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. They spent tons of time going through different options never gave us any pressure and we're very helpful.

I purchased a BMW Hybrid from HM around 2020, so this review is a bit overdue. The initial sales person whose was name I don't recall was for the most part pretty honest. His business partner who was a younger gentleman was a bit questionable, especially after I hired a mechanic to inspect the car. When an issue was discovered he seemed insistent that the issue was minor and that he would not cover the cost for repairs, which to my fault I probably should have walked away at that point, but I really wanted this car and went ahead with the purchase. Needless to say my own mechanic discovered major transmission issues and I ended up selling the car with a loss. Learned a hard lesson but hope this helps others be aware.

Zach from Hermosa Motors is the most shady car salesman that I have ever heard of on almost every level. Stay far away from these people. I am pretty sure they are criminal at worst and at best not following regular car laws to be doing a dealership. I traded Zach for an old Acura. He wanted my designer purses. In addition, I gave him money. He wanted this to put up the funds for the new 2002 Mercedes that he ripped me off on. The other dealers in town knew what a lemon he was selling me and so did he. It was the most shady interaction. He made me drive out three times and told me each time that the transaction wasn't happening that day. Then I give him everything to trade, and sign over everything like a normal sale. He promises to do everything a dealership does and to register the car in his name. He did not and even as he sold the car to someone else. Zach is a gaslighting liar. To avoid the trouble he knew he was in in this and other shady deals he tried to say he just sold the car for me and that I'm weird or crazy. This is after texts he said he sold it at a loss and admitted he traded. I have proof of it all including other dealerships and cars men saying not to deal with him, and the horror car he sold me. This guy is bad. Stay away from his car dealership and Zach.

We bought a 2013 Chevy Suburban. It's a beautiful beast. Zach made the entire transaction easy. He communicated on his days off and left us in Brad's hands until he returned. This was by far one of the easiest purchases of a vehicle I've had EVER. Even after the purchase was complete, I feel we were taken care of.

Zach is absolutely honest and professional, you can trust this guy.He saved me thousand of dollars.I spent thousands of dollar at previous repair facility and they still misdiagnosed my car and charged for this.Zach was able not only to figure it all out but helped me to get a refund for misdiagnosed recommended repairs.Look no further, this is the place to repair and sell you car.Highly RECOMMENDED!.

Hermosa Motors and Zach were awesome. I tried to sell my car privately but got very few hits. I took the car to another popular consignment business in Hermosa Beach and still nothing. I took the car to Zach at Hermosa Motors and he had it sold in less than a week. I got what I was asking for - transaction was easy! If you are consigning your car don't waste your time anywhere else - these guys are fair and they are on it! 5 stars!

Went in to look at ML350 2009, black, beautifull...it has hust sold!! But Zach quickly puto me onto an ML350 2011, just beautifull car. Drove it, came back, pacted a very good price and drove it off the lot. Zach is a good salesman and knows what cars can sell. No complaints here, to the contrary, very appreciative of having dealt with Zach and Hermosa Motors.

This place is the worst dealer I ever experienced the guy is a bully and so unprofessional it’s incredibly!! Do not trust this place the cars have hidden problems that eventually hit your wallet. Complete fraud….

Bought a truck, within the first week it threw a code. I had to bring it back to them anyways to fix an a/c leak that was promised to be addressed so I mentioned the code while I was there. They cleaned the sensor, cleared the code and sent me on my way. It threw the code again the next day, so I just replaced the part. A week later, I realize that it is leaving oil spots everywhere I go. I contact them and they say it's not covered under warrantee. A couple of weeks later I drive the truck on it's first 70 mile trip. Half way into it, the truck goes into limp mode. I tried to contact the dealer, but I get crickets. Brought it to a mechanic and he tells me it's going to be a $3500 fix. Just bad business.A month in and I'm already looking at $5k+ in repairs.steer clear of Hermosa Motors unless you have your own mechanic come in and take it for a 150+ mile test drive.

Absolutely fantastic experience here. Zach was up front, friendly, and fast in selling me my Prius C. The car was in great condition and as advertised, there were no hidden fees. He talked me through the convoluted process of buying a car and got me out of there in record time at a great price. HIGHLY recommend
