Tara and her staff are awesome! I had a major knotted hair problem and Tara was so kind, gentle, thoughtful thru the whole process. Now I go monthly for scalp treatment (heavenly - think massage and healthy skin and hair), shampoo, quick shaping cut and blow dry. Worth EVERY penny for service. Like that salon is quiet, and can relax while there. Amazing amount of services offered and happy faces. Highly recommend.

Booked pretty last minute and got a really quality color and cut. Tara was kind and did a great job. Love the decor and vibe of the salon too.

Had a wonderful experience here. I found Haute while searching for a new stylist. Tara was amazing. Super skilled and knowledgeable about the latest hair treatments. I will definitely be back!

I had appointment with Ashley Swartz today for blow dry and I am never disappointed so much in my life that I am writing bad review. Before start of the service, I mentioned give me volume with some curls. My hair ended up flat and oily. When I asked her why would she would do that, she kept saying sorry I used wrong brush . I paid 75 dollars and 15% tip and lost one hour. I have to take work flight to speak in conference. I don't have time and I ended up with bad looking hair.

Thanks for accommodating a last minute blow out with curls, loved how easy it was to book and pay for the appointment using their online system, quick response from the owner. I liked how my hair came out, the stylist was able to get lots of volume in my hair and it looked just as I hoped. I will return for future hair needs!

Truly and surely a great venue for a girls birthday party!The owner even kindly accommodated a trimming of the ends of my daughter’s long hair. Kids haircut rings up at about $42 (including tips).

I had an appointment and was taken late to accommodate another client (I could have come later, but they did not contact me in advance to offer it- I did not get an explanation, but the woman before me thanked them for accommodating her schedule and seemed like a regular based on their conversation). As I waited, another stylist washed my hair (which is fine, but it means we had a consultation with wet hair only- I have never had that happen before). Hair cut is cute, has a fun 90s vibe. I just wish I had an explanation or apology- or even acknowledgment- of the delay.Edit: I was not acknowledged by you when I walked in. Your assistant was kind but there was no explanation for delay. I understand that’s what you may wish had happened, but it didn’t- although I do recall you saying that you just finished a short cut, which I plainly saw you complete as I waited with wet hair. Again, the cut was cute, but new clients beware- the narrative responses included following less than stellar reviews are suspect based on the response the salon just left on my review, which is only partially true. All the stylists had to do was apologize for the delay when I walked in for my cut on time, and I wouldn’t have left a review explaining my experience. I knocked off a star due to the response. I suspect you may respond again or edit your response in an effort to look better or make me look bad, but I won’t be back, so I won’t bother to edit again.

In from out of town for a wedding and booked a blowout. It didn’t look *terrible* but didn’t look like I’d paid to have it done. The stylist was really sweet and clearly trying. I told her it looked good because what are you going to do? I wound up washing it and re-styling it myself when I got back to the hotel before the wedding. I hate to leave a bad review for a small business but this was a real disappointment.

These guys are fantastic. Erick is the best. He makes a solid effort to get to know his clients and remembers things about them so when you see him next, he asks you. The only downside is parking but it's worth putting up with.

I hadn't gotten a real haircut in probably 5 years and needed to find a new spot since we moved to town. Mom bun life took over and I've been wanting to get back to actually liking to wear my hair down. Tara was able to schedule me later that week. It was great having someone who understands wavy/curly hair and what exactly I was looking to get out of hairstyle. I'll definitely w back for a refresher in a few month
