My family and I have been going to Harry's Jaguar since 2003. He is very knowledgeable and can repair all Jaguars and other makes. I highly recommend him. Very dependable, too.

Great service. Harry goes over the mile to make sure that you're happy. He really knows the product and he is an all-star as far as service. I definitely would recommend. But he is a small shop. Definitely worth the wait.

I've tried over 4 times to book a simple oil change with Harry, but every single time, he either doesn't answer the phone or when he does, he doesn't really know when he can do it. I do trust him with the car I own, but he is really overloaded and seems overwhelmed. Nice guy, but not ready to do simple things, I even waited for over a month to bring it in.... I'll not use his services again. Bye Harry!

I've had a Jaguar repaired by Harry several times, and a Mercedes. He seems to know the vehicles and although very expensive I thought he was doing a good job, NOT so anymore. My jag has had 2 water pumps in 3 years and he wanted to replace it again at over $1000/per. Several other issues, and i brought my Jag to him again as I had been going to him for 5 years. Last time was my last time. He kept my car 3 days prior to giving me a long list and highly expensive repair estimate. When I started discussing how repair was done he did not have up to date repair equipment therefore wanted 5 hours labor for a 2 hour job. He insisted on doing repairs that didn't need to be done and finally rejected repairing my car and asked me to pick it up. This is lousy service and when it became very obvious that he was overquoting and overpricing I've decide not to use his service ever again. Cannot recommend, there are better Jag service places.

On April 15, 2021 I took my car to Harry and asked him how long it would take and he said I would have it in a few days, well after a week I called and told him not to bother changing my oil and I would take it elsewhere, and he said, "Don't take it anywhere else if you do they are gonna rip you off". I told him it was urgent that I get my car before Sunday April 25th and he promised me I would have it. Of course that didn't happen. So he called me and said that I needed new brakes and rotors for the rear and I said as long as it's not going to cost me $500 then okay fix them. He called me late on April 23rd and said the car was ready and I asked the price and he said, "$1220 cash and if you use credit it will be more in taxes, plus I need cash, because if you use your credit card I won't get paid until Tuesday and I need my money today". I got upset with the amount that he gave me, and asked him how is it that a "Oil Change" cost so much. Harry said, "Oh you needed a major tune-up and I did a lot of work on your car". I told him that I have watched him deal with my husband and if there were any extra work to be done he would ask if he wanted him to do....bascially get his approval. He has asked my approval in the past if he felt I needed additional work done and I would say yes or no and we would be clear. The sad thing about this whole situation is Harry clams to be my husband's friend for over 20 years through my husband's best friend, and recently my husband retired from law enforcement after 37 years and just got a diagnosis of Dementia last year and Harry is very aware of this. I feel that he saw the opportunity to take advantage of someone that has trusted him all of these years and kick him when he is down. HARRY YOU ARE ONE SICK NARCISSIST PERSON AND WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. May God Have Mercy on YOUR WICKED & EVIL SOUL.........

I had an electrical problem on my XJR and went to several Jaguar Repair Shops in the South Bay. These shops did not want to seek diagnosis of the problem without a service charge of several hundred dollars or suggested other extremely expensive possible repair solutions and to consider to just live with the issue. I read a few comments on Yelp and went to Harry's Jaguar Service on PCH in Hermosa Beach, which was a little further than the other shops in the area for me. Harry was a pleasure to meet and suggested a couple of possible causes of my electrical issue. He suggested that we check the simpler possible issues first, before going any further. Harry determined cause of malfunction and corrected the issue on the spot while I waited and charged an extremely reasonable price, which was orders of magnitude lower than what other Jaguar Repair Shops, in the area, wanted just to diagnose the problem. I also have a Mercedes SL-550 that just went out of factory warranty and I will most certainly trust and go to Harry's Jaguar, Mercedes and BMW repair, as I trust Harry to do a great repair or service at a reasonable price.

I have been taking my car (2002 BMW 525i) to Harry for over 3 years now and there's truly no complaints to be had. He is extremely friendly and kind and I know he will always be honest with any repairs or maintenance I need. HIGHLY recommend to anyone with a luxury vehicle!!!

Harry (proprietor) is the one man show. For nearly 30 years Harry has continually impressed me with his excellent work and honesty while his prices are more than fair. I was pleasantly surprised he works on all makes and models.

The guy steals customers from other businesses. My friend brought her car to go to Hermosa auto and he ran out and talked her in to dealing with him. She didn't know the difference. She's an older elderly lady and he took advantage of her. Business must be really bad when you have to steal other customers from other people

What a delightful human being. I needed to recycle some used motor oil and he was incredibly pleasant to deal with. Truly kind eyes, I would trust this man.
