You're 100% paying for the location and nothing else. Great location, but otherwise everything is mediocre. Pretty large gap from the doors to the ground, which made it relatively noisey for an otherwise quiet place.

We booked that room for $149 / night amd it was worth every penny. You can't beat the location.

If you are over 25, go somewhere else.The hotel location is amazing, but the rooms are shabby, dingy and in our case dirty. The TV is incredibly complicated with no instructions, and if you aren't under 25 you won't be watching it.They charge top dollar for your room, but give nothing back in amenities.
