Jessica is the BEST in the South Bay for waxing and facials - you cannot go wrong!! I have been going to her for over 10 years. She is precise and direct - her work is excellent, especially brow shaping. I always leave feeling like a "new woman"!! Working with Erin was an absolute delight! She is a genius at all things hair, and I am over the moon that she was recommended to me and that I had the opportunity to be one of her beautiful brides! While I was excited for my wedding, I was a little nervous about my hair. A few months prior to our wedding, I had a procedure that required me to go under anesthesia. This caused some hair loss, which was a real bummer to me. I had shown Erin some styles I wanted, but didn't think I could have due to my shorter hair. Erin turned my frown upside down by ordering a few different lengths and colors of extensions to try during my trial. She didn't pressure me to purchase them- she just wanted to give me the option of having longer hair. How amazing is that!?!?!? She also gave me a conditioning treatment to take home- as a gift- to help stimulate some hair growth before the wedding. She made me look- and feel- beautiful at my trial and my wedding! And she also made my mom and friends feel the same way! Everyone looked gorgeous, and all of us received compliments all night long on how lovely we all looked! Erin is wonderful, fun, and professional. Any text or email was responded to within minutes, and any worries I had were soothed by her years of experience and informative responses to me. Our wedding day was so special to us, and we love and appreciate that Erin treated it the same way. She was highly recommended to me by friends, and I was not disappointed with the outcome of her work! She is a genius at hair, has the gift of gab, and knows how to make a bride feel special on her wedding day. And while it is always nice to work with vendors who come highly recommended, it is even better when they exceed your expectations and become a friend! I would absolutely recommend Erin for your wedding- or general hair needs- she is THE BEST!
