I am obsessed with F45 workouts! The coaches are very motivating and will correct your form. These circuit classes go by quickly and leave you feeling strong! I love that I can walk/jog to this location and watch the sunset on the beach afterward.

Recently joined the Hermosa F45 club and it’s awesome! The trainers are super friendly and helpful with the workouts and the crowd is amazing also! I used to be a ClassPass f45er but decided to join and it’s been the best decision! Oh and not to mention the great location too ?

Love F45 Hermosa Beach. I have tried going to the gym for years but have always had trouble with consistency. The F45 classes make it easy to exercise as there is a set workout that is always different which keeps it interesting, but more importantly it is fun!! No more having to force myself to workout. The coaches are great! 10/10 recommend.

Visiting Hermosa and I am a member of F45 in London so wanted to come here for some sessions will I was here on holiday. David gave me such a warm welcome and is a great ambassador for F45 Hermosa. Love this gym and will be booking in again next summer for more sessions.

Love this place! The workouts kick my butt every time and the vibes in the area are just unbeatable. Both coaches and workout buddies are fun to be around. You definitely won't regret joining this place!

I have been blown away by F45, both the ease at which I was able to get into a routine that works for me, as well as joining their unique family. The combination of Cardio & Strength exercises compressed into a very doable 45 minute workout that keeps my mental interest has got me totally hooked and seeing bodily improvement in just 2 weeks. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and supportive, and super helpful in customizing the exercises to meet your age and personal needs. I have never been able to stay with any consistent workout, but this is working great for me.

Great work out and great vibes! Workouts are challenging, but coaches provide great support and enthusiasm to ensure you have proper form and motivation to get through work out. I always leave with a smile on my face! Highly recommend!

Recently moved to Hermosa and trialed a bunch of gyms in the area. F45 was by far my favorite because of the positive and encouraging attitudes of the members and coaches. The coaches are also great at giving instruction on how to improve. Love being a part of this community!
