This is a nice and friendly location ( Hermosa Beach). I got a good selection of car, it was clean and didn’t smell of cigarette smoke. Everyone was nice and helpful. Even gave me a ride home after I dropped off the car. Which was very helpful.

Wonderful service. Progressive arranged a replacement car for me while mine is in the shop. I showed up and everything was all set up. Super easy and quick. Marcus was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Lovely experience start to finish.

What rubbish! Booked online and when I arrived was told my credit card didn’t work however it worked everywhere else including another car hire nearby. Clearly they had just over booked and didn’t have the stock. So disappointing!

I was rear-ended on the 405 and my insurance uses Enterprise exclusively. This office was close so getting a car from this office was quick and easy, and convenient as they're 5 blocks away from me. All was going well from the start.Unfortunately repairs for my car are taking longer than 30 days, and after the initial payments from my insurer the Enterprise office was reaching out to me directly for payment because my insurer supposedly stopped paying. As if it's not bad enough waiting for your car to be fixed, it took me several calls and over a week's time of calling Enterprise, my insurer, and the auto shop to agree on the completion timelines and extend the rental and resume payments. During this time however, Enterprise sent me a letter stating I was in violation of California Vehicle code 10855 (embezzlement of a vehicle), I was put on a 'Do Not Rent' list, and told not drive my vehicle and to report its location. I called the office to explain the situation, and they were understanding and agreed with me about how silly it all was, but could do nothing to help me here. Their hands were tied until they received more money from a leading, credit worthy, national bank whom they have an exclusive partnership with and service likely thousands of customers under this agreement daily.Now after a week it's all 'fixed', Enterprise has its payments, I have a new rental reservation, and I'm off the 'Do Not Rent' list. So now I can legally drive an Enterprise car again which is nice, however this local office can't help for some reason because the incident occurred there, again the person on the phone was understanding but their hands were tied. So to whoever the manager is there, why haven;t you reached out and helped during this mess? And why wouldn't you accept money from your insurer partner, and a driver with a clean record and 800+ credit score, is beyond me. YOU REALLY NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB AT YOUR JOB, and fix these broken processes and give decent customer support in situations like this. So if you get into an accident and rent a car, I'd stay clear of this office.

This is a well-run Enterprise with quick service and exceptional staff. They have a great selection of vehicles and the cars are always meticulously cleaned. Natalie, Jeffrey and Brenton always provide me with a smooth and efficient rental process. Highly recommend this location.

The mileage was miscalculated and I was charged an extra $129.00 for a trip from Torrance to Hollywood and back. I’ve requested a refund but have had no response.
