Since joining State Farm, many years ago, every agent I have worked with has been great. This particular time, I coordinated with agent Kylen Anthony, to obtain earthquake insurance. Kylen provided multiple options, kept the process simple and seamless, communicating with me every step of the way. Maintaining insurance, no matter what type, is not at the top of anyone’s list. However, the wonderful agents at the Donna Butler State Farm office, has kept insurance transitions to a minimum. I am grateful for the excellent services they have provided over the years. I have been with Donna since I moved to the South Bay in 2001. I have my cars, home and liability umbrella policies with her. She and her staff agents (Kathy Biale) have been a tremendous help to me throughout the years by figuring out the right coverage in this ever-changing world, as well as the best ways to save by bundling. I have dealt with Donna Butler and her assistant Kathy at State Farm for almost 30 years. They have satisfactorily supported me in any and all circumstances that have occurred with regard to my insurance needs. The truth is, of all the corporations, companies and organizations I’ve dealt with, never have I been supported like I have with State Farm insurance, specifically Donna Butler. Their prices are comparable to all others, often times better. My phone relationship, in addition to our emails, have always concluded with complete satisfaction. It’s hard to remember back to when Donna wasn’t our insurance agent. She has serviced us so well right from the start and we have many different policies with her. She has a very professional staff and the icing on the cake truly has been working with her longtime account representative Kathy who is extraordinarily informative and so authentically concerned about getting things done according to what works best for us and making sure that we understand all the options. She follows up meticulously on everything and I count my blessings that we work with her. This office is exceptional.
