I was trying to grab a I'm things 15 min before they closed and the person at the door was ignoring me and didnt allow me to enter just unprofessional and a terrible example of customer service.

The store manager was rude and dismissive towards myself and my wife, refusing, in a confrontational manner, to even try to find a solution to our request. That is very unfortunate, because the sales associate who initially tried to accommodate our request was very nice and professional about it - until she called the manager for “technical assistance”…

Jun Park is the best. He's always smiling, always super patient (even with our active toddler), and just a great guy all around. So happy he's our local pharmacist!

Pharmacy is super nice, and their cashiers usually are, but tonight they unexpectedly closed early and the workers had a poor attitude and even over the intercom said they were closing snarkily after we entered and other younger workers proceeded to giggle at the announcement. Just very unwelcoming and they locked the doors 15 min prior to closing which would be fine if it wasn't for the sassIdk maybe they're just bummed about working New Year's Eve weekend

so sad try to get help on Monday for a prescription. No one got back to me. I'm glad I'm a pretty healthy person or else I would've been dead already. Don't understand what is going on with our healthcare system and CVS not a good experience unfortunately tried trying to be positive about it but every time something ridiculous happens. Whatever happened to good service.

How many CVS employees does it take to pick up one picture? Apparently four. There’s no one working at the photo counter and the sign says pick up your photos at the main register. I go to the main register where cashier #1 tries to find my photo. She gets help from cashier #2 to look for my photo. All other places I’ve been to have photos alphabetized by last name. Apparently, this system is foreign to these cashiers. They tell me to wait because the third cashier has the most experience with the photo organization system. During this time another person is there to pick up photos. Cashier #2 goes to help her while I’m waiting for cashier #3 who can’t hear me because the person behind me is talking to cashier #2. He then finds the person behind me photos so now I have to wait. He finds my photo where it’s supposed to be. I have to go back to the cashier line to pay for my photo despite me already having waited 15 minutes for what should’ve taken 15 seconds to do. Cashier #4 turns out to be their manager, Katherine, and says to me, sorry I think this other lady was here first. Oh no actually I’ve been waiting 15 minutes to get one singular photo. Epic waste of my time and so much incompetence.

The African man woker, is racial profiling. I was checking out at self service i had a phone call left my item there. He came out the store rudely asked was I paying for my item and where was it?? I said it there at self chk out. After my call I came back in told him that was unprofessional. He called me a thief. This store caters to white people!!! Hes rude and totally is a hawk!!!

Pharmacy staff provided no consultation or directions for taking medicine. They never provided or even mentioned that a measuring device for one of the medications is required since it is easy to overdose.

This is terrible store with no customer service that you should avoid at all costs. I made the mistake of going there to purchase some soda and snacks. Of course there was no cashier to be found and I had to use the self service portal. I had a coupon for $5.00 extra bucks which I attempted to use on my $10.00 purchase. The coupon would not scan. By this time a cashier had arrived but she was busy with customers. No one responded to my help request. After 5 minutes the cashier said she would call a manager. After 5 more minutes one finally appeared but the scanner didn't work for her either. Ultimately she was able to put in a code and take the $5.00 off. No apologies No sorry you've had to wait an extra 15 minutes...

The pharmacy staff is so nice! I was trying to follow up on a COVID PCR test result that hadn't arrived yet, since the generic phone number that was provided only let me talk to automated voices that had the exact same information that I could access online. When I got through to the pharmacy, they provided me with contact info for the lab (the person I spoke to there was also super kind and helpful), and they were also incredibly kind and empathetic to my situation.
