this was my first time at Crush and I cannot recommend enough! I was able to get an appt very quickly and the stylists were very communicative with scheduling. Pete did an excellent job with my hair and was very friendly, giving me great advice on maintenance. I have straight, long hair and he gave me nice layers and framing. The location is great as well.

Had a fantastic experience with Katie today! Trying to grow out grey hair is not exactly glamorous and she really helped me by adding some low lights to making it less harsh, I am from the east coast and totally enjoyed chatting about west coast life. I will be back! Thank you Katie ☺️

I have been seeing Katie for almost a year now, getting cut and color done almost every 6-8 weeks. She's so fun to talk to and is so easy to communicate with when it comes to booking appointments. I've seen her for many sessions now that she knows what I want and need like what cut and color I want. It takes the anxiety away of getting my hair done because I know I'll walk out loving it.

Had so much fun getting my highlights done by Katie!! I took all of her suggestions and she made me look golden for my golden birthday :) Couldn't recommend more and Katie is also so much fun to talk to!

Stylist was unable to do a men's haircut with scissors. I honestly just stopped him short so that it didn't get worse. Nice guy but go elsewhere.

Katie is AMAZING! Not only is she a wonderful person to chat with, she knows what she's doing. I can confidently say this is the best balayage I've gotten and that is not an easy task!!! RUN don't walk to go see Katie!!

Katie is fabulous with cut an color, I have a short bob and she takes extra time to make sure it looks symmetrical and perfect from every angle, I highly recommend Katie at Crush! I have done everything from blonde highlights to super dark all over color, always comes out awesome!

I had an appointment with Katie for a blow out and style on a night of my gala. Katie no-showed. Her coworkers couldn’t get ahold of her and she didn’t answer my call. No one could fill in and on a Saturday night, I had no chance of going elsewhere. She completely ruined the start of my evening. Later she texted me asking me to take down my yelp review. Totally unprofessional and I had to block her. She is a poor representation of the salon and I will not be back.

Katie stood me up. I booked a blowout and styling the night of an important gala. She no-showed and didn't respond when I called. Totally ruined my night. I hate that this is a reflection of the salon and will definitely not return.

Everyone in South Bay should have Peter cut their hair!!! I had waist length hair that I was looking to change up after literally over a decade of super long hair. I was so nervous to (finally) cut it, but Peter did such an amazing job! Truly nailed it. He also did a wonderful job on the balayage highlights. Can't wait to see him again!
