Chris at customer support - the link you sent me does not work. This is completely unacceptable. It appears you were trying to send me the same link that was provided to me before twice before. Apparently if you pay cash for your order and don't keep your receipt (who does keep chipotle receipts these days?) then there is nothing they can do... No one at customer support has provided a resolution unless I show a receipt or bank statement. Please have someone send me a direct message through Yelp.

Ordered my burrito bowl and they prepared me someone else's order but with my name on the bag. It's an inconvenience especially when you have a limited lunch break for work and not being happy with what you paid for

The service is top notch, and it is clean on the inside. The location is great, after dinner you can take a stroll down to hermosa beach or the strand. Food is delicious all the time!Vegetarian options: You can edit your own burrito bowl to be veggie
