We were here for vacation and wanted to ship a large box back home, we googled post offices all were closed but this location, and it was close to the hotel.We waited till Saturday morning to get the box filled up and ready to ship.We arrived at about 905 and waited till 920 No signs of the business being open, the business owner next door was very nice in trying to call the owner of the mail company (Jeff) a few times Went to answering machine.If you can't be open when the website and the door says Change the times or a note on the door saying other wise! Def wasted a lot of time with this place!!!

Fantastic service. And this is the only shipping center I've ever visited that weighs your letter or package, then presents the customer with a visual matrix of pricing and options across all the major shipping companies: UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc. That really blew me away. I've never seen that before!

Beach Mail Box has been awesome in customer, they have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I compared pricing to other local mail box stores and was pleasantly surprised how reasonable and competitive their prices are. I send a lot of packages locally and overseas and always appreciate that there have been zero issues with any of these shipments. I recommend Beach Mail Box to everyone in the South Bay . Tuesday July 28th approximately 1230pm I went to Beach Mail Box to fax very sensitive information to my 401k.Parker - the employee working that day was unable to confirm the number he'd faxed my information to.No confirmation was printed he said because he needed new cartridges and would pick them up in the morning. I'd have my confirmation on Wednesday.That didn't happen.But on Wednesday he showed me two pages were faxed at 745pm which makes zero sense as the store closes at 5pm.I d requested several times the owner call me to discuss and that hasn't happened either. I'd sure like to know who he faxed our info too. It wasn't my company.My company is in agreement a police report should be filed which I will do tomorrow morning.From here on it it's only FEDEx.You can bet I'll get to the bottom of this.The Issue has been RESOLVED as of this morning.

$520 dollars per year for a "small" mail box? Me thinks not. ---Review dated January 2020. Don't waste your time here. Horrible, HORRIBLE service. Allow me to explain: The original owner "Jerry" died from cancer approximately November 2019. RIP jerry. The new owners (Lisa I think her name is) has Jacked the prices UP almost 300 percent! Service is atrocious, mail gets lost, I get an email that I have a package that has arrived. I go to the mailbox to get my package and the package cannot be located! What kind of service is this???? I would suggest UPS Mailbox in Redondo Beach. Nice. Friendly, 24 hour access without high prices and without losing mail / packages. This entire operation is a joke. All that is missing is the "Benny Hill music".

Jerry is the man, always great service. He has really gone over the top for us and helped setup a fairly complex system related to international clientele for one of our businesses. He has never said he would throw out mail .....that is ridiculous. But yes, if you let your stuff stack up at some point he would have to "return to sender" just like any other mailbox service.
