Claudia and her team are the best. Honest, reliable and won't try and perform work you won't need. They stayed late to make sure my car was safe before we went on a road trip. Always able to answer your questions. Prices are very reasonable Our entire family bring our cars there.

My 2010 Honda CRV battery died this past Wed. I had AAA come out to jump start the battery. My battery was purchased through AAA just under a year ago, so I didn't think it was the battery. I was afraid it was a bigger issue like a parasitic draw because my a/c didn't appear to be working or an issue with the alternator. I had read on a Honda forum where someone said he fixed his wife's car with a new A/C relay, so I had prepared myself for a larger problem and a bigger price tag. I drove well over 30 min. at/over 2000 rpm as recommended after my car was jump started to build up the charge, but as soon as I turned off the ignition, my car wouldn't restart. I asked the AAA technician if he had a recommendation in case my battery was still having issues. He provided a card to Beach Cities Auto Clinic (BCAC). He told me they offer a free diagnostic on the battery and 10% AAA discount on other services. I spoke to Omid, the owner, and set up an appointment for the following morning. When I brought my car in, I was assisted by Claudia who was very professional. She patiently listened to the issues and thoroughly explained the diagnostic steps they would be taking along with associated estimates and reminded me that my battery was still under warranty. Within a couple of hours, Omid called me indicated the battery was in fact bad. So, AAA met us there, tested, and replaced the battery. From there BCAC did further diagnostics to rule out any other issues and even topped off the car's low fluids. Claudia stated it was free of charge and simply asked for a Yelp review. Omid, Claudia, and the technician that worked on my car provided quality service within a short turnaround time. My experience was extremely positive. After the new battery was installed and the fluids topped off, my A/C worked fine. Side note: although the property is on a relatively small footprint, the waiting room and windows that look directly into the bay are clean and uncluttered. Their honesty and integrity have earned my future business when I eventually have car issues in the future. Thanks Beach Cities Auto Clinic!

Beach Cities Auto Clinic is the best mechanic/ auto shop I have been to. Claudia and Jerry have been extremely helpful every time I have come in. They are exceptionally great at their job, knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and hard working. I believe this place is not only reasonably priced but they also have a quick turn around time. I have been to many auto shops where I have felt ripped off or belittled and I have only felt welcomed and helped here. They installed a new Starter, battery terminals and fixed different electrical issues I was experiencing. Definitely recommend!Services: Auto windshield repair

This is the best mechanic/auto shop I have ever been to. I am new to the area and would highly recommend. They are helpful, kind, professional and reasonably priced. The manager Claudia took time to explain everything and helped me when I felt in distress. She has a great team and I felt each person went out of their way to help get my car fixed as soon as possible. They cover everything when it comes to cars. I will definitely continue to come back here!

My car broke down and had it towed. They were nice enough to take my car in while it was past closing. They jumped on the problem and had my car back pretty fast. I highly recommend.

I just had these guys put on a Catalytic Converter Protective Shield on my Honda Element. They went out of their way to fix a positioning problem that the previous mechanic who just installed my new Catalytic Converter caused. Big thanks to Omid and Claudia who run the show at this place. Some genuine people here. Would do business with again. Highly recommend this place.
