Was at station to buy icecream last night. my bill was 11.00. my debit card was charged 62.32 They refuse to address it when i call. Stated, "I dont understand" and hung up twice

Upon arriving to this particular gas station after 6:30 am I was refused service by the aggressive Indian. He stood in the doorway during business hours refusing me service. This was my go to spot for gas and other things but won’t be returning any more.

The only reason I go here to get gas is because it is cheap and conveniently located. I have never met more sour, depressed people working at any gas station than here. No hello, no smile and the store is super sad looking inside. They also have no bathroom. If you can avoid all contact with these people and don't have to use the restroom then it's just a transaction but I would rather take my money elsewhere.

This is a special shout out to your owner. I put $120 per week from your station into my Jeep. Today I went in to get air as I do from time to time. The clerk who identified himself as Bobi, refused telling me I have to pay. For air!! When I asked would he like me to take my business else where, he told me that it was fine to him. Get a new employee.
