Rare find. Straight up, honest and fast auto care. Couldn't find enough time to fix up my project car. They got it running within a couple of days. No overselling, no extra fees... definitely will return.

I like this place. It's very down to earth. Garage and parking is packed, and seems like there are return customers. Owner seemed genuine. Warned e about my repairs, walked me through the parts and gave me a fair price. Will definitely visit again, and I did refer a friend here because of my impressions.

Brought my fiat in for oil change. Super friendly staff, Ramiro is the best.Oil change was super fast and cost was very reasonable. Will definitely bring back for other services!

Ramiro is a nice Gentlemen who provides quality work at a cost that won't kill you like the Dealerships. I'm an Uber driver and TWO of my friends recommended him.He has a comfortable waiting room with all the amenities. He put out an area heater on a very chilly morning for another customer and I when he saw us shivering in the waiting area!I highly recommend him!

Super nice man that works there helped me figure out why my car was stalling. There was a little wait cause they're busy but he still made time to help me and didn't charge me anything for looking at my car. I appreciated it a lot cause I was prepared to have to do without my car until it was fixed.

I have been going to get my car issues fixed by Ramiro and his guys for over a year now (brakes, oil changes, body damage, and most recently a cracked windshield). They are always efficient, trustworthy, reliable, and helpful. I highly recommend them :)

I can't say enough good things about Ramiro. We took in an older vehicle that no one could help us with, and he took the time to make sure it was fixed correctly. We were driving it across country and he asked us to let him know when we got there safely - he truly cares and will make sure you get the best service. He's definitely one of a kind and a very knowledgeable mechanic

I am not much of a yelper, but felt I should give credit where credit is due. I have been going to Ramiro since 2008, I refer everyone to him. I met him in his Hermosa Beach location which was ideal for me because it was like 5 minutes from my home. Now I commute and even tow if needed to Harbor City anytime I need assistance with my car. That is how much I trust his knowledge and his integrity. If I could give Ramiro, Oscar and the rest of his team many more stars I would. You can't put a price on finding a trustworthy mechanic. Thank you Ramiro :)

I'm giving Alliance 5 stars because of the service the provided. My family and I drove to CA about a month ago to pick up furniture where we needed to tow a trailer. Long story short, we were having issues attaching the hitch to the trailer which caused rattling. Although our issue wasn't to repair our truck, he accommodated and helped us adjust the tow hitch. It was really simple but taking 45 minutes of his time and not charging us anything was really appreciated, but we did get his crew some Starbucks to thank them! We never want issues with our cars/trucks BUT if needed, I would definately go to them! Thank you Mr Ramirez

We've visited Alliance twice. I concur with everyone who says they are very capable and honest. They've done the work we asked quite well. And when we had them check the brakes, Ramero said we could go a little while longer before getting them done... something you don't always hear, even if true. I've gone into places where if you say "brakes" they automatically say "your rotors are shot, please give us $1,000. I have a boat payment due." Not here! And that's not all... we brought in our Subaru with a transmission warning light. Much trepidation there, transmission work is notoriously expensive. And you know what? Ramero was familiar with our car and told us that Subaru had extended the warranty on that CVT to 100,000 miles and ten years. Take it to the dealer and the work is covered. We did, and he was right. So rather than charging us big dollars for a transmission job, he helped us out. That's great service.

I've been going here since last year and I've always had a great experience and I highly recommend this place. Ramiro and his team is practical, fair and good at communicating about the work, realistic schedules and pricing. I recently needed to get my brakes fix and Ramiro was able to immediately work on my car and update me about it. I got my car back in a reasonable time frame. Excellent customer service!
