After having multiple experiences here over the past year, this is the Best 7/11 in all of LA! Sincere fact in my personal opinion. The majority of the staff here are amazing, it’s rare to say for any 7/11. If there may have been any bad experiences here in the past I’m sure it’s better now the store deserves to be recognized for how the employees are here, truly kind and thoughtful. There are 4 current employees that sincerely are genuine awesome humans! I commend you all! I am deeply grateful for you guys!!! Best 7/11 in all of LA!!!!!!!!

Only saying 1 star because I can’t choose ZERO. This location is not open 24 hours. The clerk was cleaning the floors and locked the door.

It says 24 hours but I just showed up showed up at midnight and there's a little notes scrolled on the door closed for closed for cleaning and stocking .In the past 711 hours managed to clean and stuck and stay open to've lost that special skill I guess

I was just charged $8 for a $4 bag of chips. When I asked why, I was told to talk to the manager because “he makes up the prices”. Once I was charged $9 for some fruit “because that’s the price” even though they don’t have the price listed. Another time I was told I used the wrong cup for iced coffee because “the machine shows the wrong cup and I’m supposed to use the smaller cup that’s for hot coffee”. I love 7-11 but this one is for the birds

I went to this location and I bought some mints as I got to the car I saw they were expired. I ignored it and tossed them. As I get to the beach I see another item I bought smell rancid and as I check the expiration date they were months past due.

I purchased a 711 frozen entry and I loved the "In-store Heating Instructions" printed on the box "To How" to use the in-store imicrowave (ie. Press 4 for 1 min, press 2 for 30 seconds). I appluad your "thinking" team to further brand your products and encourage in-store heating (dining), way to go 711! Yum!

Went in after the gym but the girls there were two of them and they were so rude and acted like I was bothering them when i went to purchase my tea the amount was 2.19 I gave her 5.20 she hands me back 3.00 yes it was only a penny but if they just round up every customer just think how many dollars there stealing and wgen I said why did you just assume to guve me the 3.00 dollars back it should have been 3.01 sge just laughed the two girls that were there should never work with customers they're tine us way ti important to be bothered with people wanting there exact change onto ve rang up instead if them having a conversation very busy gossiping in the store they should ve fired

Cashier was not friendly at all when asking about their rewards program. She didn't wait for me to enter the phone number and rung it up full price and couldn't care less. Bad customer service. Ruined a good evening out eating next door.

Employee doesn’t wear his mask
