I'm a Wells Fargo customer since 2003! Even though I'm a loyal customer but never buy a Foreign Currency from Wells Fargo because they don't want to take back my unused Dirham, the same Dirham bills that they gave it to me, the manager was helping me to file a complaint, what a complaint will do if the problem won't get resolved!

I walked to this brand trying to make a wire transfer but the 2 lazy staff sitting in the chair told me they were busy and don’t have time to help me if I want I can go to another branch. Stay away from here they are unprofessional and don’t want to work

Such a bad attitude from Manager ( curly hair that speak Arabic) she rejected my $100 bill stating it was fake. I could see her bad attitude on her face. I came out and was able to deposit same $100 bill using Their ATM. Not sure how a manager at a bank don’t have understanding of US bills. Also, she asked teller to keep the bill. Manager should learn to identify bill and be professional before being actual manager.

This branch has been open on Saturdays. Well I went today to do some banking and they are closed. I reached out to a friend who works for wells and he said they are no longer open on Saturdays and they had notifications posted. We're these notifications mixed i with the other 28 notification posted on poorly printed 8.5x11" papers in several languages that no joke reads ? Do you think a verbal reminder from the tellers could have been part of the reminders about something so significant ? Maybe "don't forget starting xxxxx date we will no longer be open on Saturdays " Oh, but there is the Pinole location where the stickers on the door says SAT 9-6 when in reality they actually close at 12. Wells Fargo is becoming nothing but a disappointment just like every other major business we are pigeon holed into using.

This was my first time at this branch to meet with a banker to speak about an issue I was having with my account. I went in very frustrated but with the help I received from Andrés Orduno(I believe that is how you spell his last name) I walked out very happy and satisfied with the service I received. He was very helpful in resolving my issue and very patient throughout the whole process.

It's ridiculous that you can't even open up an account when all of the employees are standing around talking to each other! I literally been waiting for a whole month to open a 3rd account! I'm so dissatisfied that I'm pulling my money out and going to bank somewhere else.

This place always quick but I gave it one star because of the taller who speak Arabic and her manager wells fargo got to be shame of them telling me I can't get my avaliable balance until she says Monday and he say Tuesday while other wells fargo branch gives it immediately

This review is strictly about this branch #0000485 21Let me start by saying Wells Fargo overall has been very good to me. Been with them since 1996 great bank so the 2 stars are for this particular branch.If your African American just go a few miles up the road here you will be treated like SCUM just trying to get your own money out

Staff is ok but the company as a whole is bad. When there is an issue They will make you do things that you already might have done and give you the same answer the customer support gives you.

Remember in the 1990s there was a Wells Fargo Bank at the Creekside Center? I wonder why they closed it down? Thankfully Hercules has a Wells Fargo that came back in 2000s. Smaller than the old location. This location is surely in a nice shopping center next to Lucky and McDonald's. I don't have to go to Pinole for Wells Fargo Bank. It can be a drag waiting in line to be seen by a teller. Thankfully for the three ATM outside the bank. No complain about Wells Fargo Bank. Just don't close down and leave Hercules without a Wells Fargo.
