Best customer service I have ever experienced… no, seriously!
Staff are always polite, cheerful and they go above and beyond to get your needs met in a timely manner. I come in here all the time and I’ve notice that staff and kind and friendly not only with me but with everyone who comes in.
They answer question and resolve issues without making customers feel rushed or like a burden. They truly rock! I wish more stores had a team like theirs!

I received excellent customer service from Arnulfo today 5/13/24. He was very kind, friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond by helping me with printing a return label and he went to my car and retrieved a large box that was heavy for me. I really appreciate him for this because he did it without me asking. He assisted and asked me if I needed help. Thank God for Arnulfo. It’s people like him who make a difference. ?

This was the first time I ever sent a package with UPS my husband usually handles all of the packages. The girl that was helping me was EXTREMELY rude. I've never had customer service like this in all my life put together! She gave me no information talked really loud, rude and down to me. I left utterly shocked! We will never go back to that store again.

The rudest counter staff and notary public I have ever encountered. I barely said two words to be while she sullenly directed orders at me. Questions were answered with a huff and snort. I was still in the store paying for the service while she audibly complained to the other worker about my vibe. What did I do wrong? I don't know. I won't be back. Was it racial prejudice? Probably. Does she act like a 12 year old being asked to do chores to ever customer? I can't say.

I've been coming here for many many years and it's sad to say that I had to leave this review. Whoever they hired recently, young female, is extremely rude and unprofessional, but seems like she doesn't really like her job and has no experience in customer service. I came in to drop off a package. She was talking to her friend. She stuck out the scanner, and didn't greet me, didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there and expected me to just scan my package. She continued to talk to her friend while she scanned my package and handed me a receipt. Did not say one word to me. Don't know if she was having a bad day or if her rude behavior is just her normal. I've heard similar things from other people about the same employee, and now I experienced it for myself. The manager here is awesome and the other guys are always helpful and nice. But this girl should not work in customer service.

So to all the Amazon customers who need to return items this post us for you. I always have a great experience with this location. The staff are helpful and patient. I returned an Amazon item and the staff was so helpful. She showed me how to find my return on the Amazon app. She was patient and had great customer service energy. I will definitely be handling all Amazon returns here.
