“Amber is a PRO at cat washing! I brought my feisty nearly 2 yr old dilute calico in and Amber kept her under control for the wash, condition, & dry! Nail trimming would have been included, but I did that before I came in because I was a bit nervous with how my gal might behave. Plus, that's not the part I have a challenge with. Booked out yes and SO WORTH seeing this HIGHLY EXPERIENCED WOWMAN at work! The price for the wash was very fair. Dynamite pets held true to the appointment time and got us out in less than 1/2 an hour from cat out of the bag to back in. I will definitely be back with my other cats and super happy that I was able to be patient with waiting for today to arrive!”

“I missed the selection of plants last time - they have a lot of different stem plants, a variety of epiphytes/rheophytes, a hand full of tissue cultures, and moss. This visit I came home with three beautiful, healthy male guppies with long mosaic patterned tails as well as a bundle of wonderfully red stem plant.”

“When I shop at Fill Good, I feel good. My main purchases are cleaning items like dish soap, dishwasher powder, all-purpose cleaner, and hand-soap. Those items are competitively priced with supermarkets, albeit minus the externality of the plastic. They offer donation jars or upcycled wax-bags if you come without.The staff is very knowledgable and I always chat with them about the best ways to recycle and compost etc. I love the loyalty program too. I feel like can do something about the standard pig-lifesytle that's offered by Amazon and friends.”

“This is my favorite pet shop ever!! Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. I come here to get food for my lizards. I've also bought one lizard from here. I love their selection of pets and food options. Prices are great and reasonable. I prefer to come here than to go to a big chain store like petco, or pet smart as you get better service and better products. Please shop here if you get the chance! While you're here, you can also check out all of their cute pets in stock. My favorite ones to always look at is their reptiles. Foods I get here for my lizards include: pinkies, meal worms, crickets, dubia roaches and blue Goliath hornworms. They also sell accessories such as tanks, nets, scoopers, etc. They also sell stickers, plants, keychains, earrings, etc. Overall, LOVE this place! :)”

I was able to purchase two dog toys that are extra strength for my puppy for a SWEET deal. They also have some really great CUSTOM Collars they sell and you can even place an order online and make one PERFECTLY for you fur-baby! I will be coming back 100%! Well now i have Cockatiels and Canary's so i will be buying my feed from you again. Because the store Elgranero feed store stop customer from using their credit cards and they only except cash that has been going on for 1 yr now. And i wanted to buy a canary bird and i didn't have the cash to buy it now so i wasn't able to buy bird.”

“"Open Paw - Good Habits Are Hard to Break." This review is based on attendance at several lectures by Open Paw speakers as well as direct experience with the Open Paw program and the programs founders. (BTW, while I love cats, I own 3 dogs and work with dogs on a daily basis. My bias therefore, leads me to write about dogs.) Open Paw is a multi-faceted approach to making companion pets (more) adoptable, educating pet owners (preferably before an adoption), and keeping pets in the home once they are adopted. When the Open Paw program is employed at the animal shelter level, staff, volunteers and visitors to the shelter are encouraged to feed the dogs part of their daily food ration for displaying appropriate behavior (sitting quietly instead of barking and lunging) at the front of the kennel. The dogs get lots of repetition for this appropriate behavior throughout the day and dogs that are shy or aggressive around people learn that the approach of strangers is a good thing - this is how they get their dinner! Special care is also given in the Open Paw program to teach and maintain housebreaking by ensuring that the shelter dogs get adequate time out of the kennel - housebroken dogs shouldn't be forced to soil their kennel. (In most shelter situations, the mental and physical health of the dogs is constantly deteriorating. Constant barking, lack of physical exercise and mental stimulation as well as inadequate levels of staff and volunteers to get the dogs out frequently enough - these are the ingredients for doggie stress and deterioration found in most shelters.) In and out of the shelters, Open Paw strives to educate prospective pet owners BEFORE they adopt. Far too many dogs are returned to shelters because the new owners don't have realistic expectations of their new companion and they don't know how to resolve insanely simple problems. Post-adoption, Open Paw continues its efforts to educate pet owners and handlers with the goal of keeping the new pet in the home for a lifetime. My pups are now 3 years and they love their vets dr. Ryan and Dr. Jacobson as well as the friendliest team. Their CARE program has been super money saver. I just love that they even take the time to call soon after or text after treatment. I've even traveled in one incident and use their app to get answers from vet in their network. And the next Dayi got a text from Dr. Ryan to follow up..which was amazing.”

“This review is a little late, but I just have to let everyone know that if you're looking for a wonderful place for a nail trim- look no further! They were amazing! It's very hard to get my Akita to approve of anyone to do his nails! Bear is very dramatic & hesitant (I cut them in his quick & made them bleed when he was a puppy by accident) the ladies there were warm, friendly, & professional! We just moved here & needed a groomer. Bear walked in happy & never made a cry when they trimmed them. They're reasonably priced as well. We also love that they support local rescues, so I was extra happy to see them! We'll definitely be back for nail trims & look forward to them grooming Bear too! I was definitely surprised by how well it went, I expected him to at least make a little cry- but nothing! He left with trimmed nails wagging his curly tail Thank you Featherer Pet!”

“Mari Mari Mari! This one is for you! She is amazing and I can't thank her enough. She washes and grooms my girl for me. She always does amazing and is very thorough. She also makes for easy conversation and just all around great customer service. To get an appt go in or call. They only have groomers and no washers yet so wash appts don't show on the app. I get the frustration but not fair to give them 1 star. When I first got her we also tried petco. They didn't clean her ears or cut her nails let alone trim anything. The top her head still smelled too. Since then we tried PetSmart and it's been a world of difference. This location is clean. Everybody is friendly. EVERY SINGLE BODY! Idk who's hiring but you're doing great! They're patient with me and my questions being a new-er dog mom. They usually price match the other places too for Royal Canin. The points add up fast and just all around love shopping there. Hope they're here to stay for a long time in Vallejo!”

“Today was my new puppy and mines FIRST time using the Pet Wash station at this location and I just want to start by saying the customer Service I received today from Ashley was one for the books. She helped me figure out the shampoo and water hoses. My dog was new to the whole bath situation so he was acting a bit naughty and she came right to my rescue with treats in hand and entertained him so I could finish his bath. She was beyond helpful and just so friendly and nice. I will now be making this my new " home " pet wash place and hope to see her again. Really happy with the service I received today. If I could give 10 stars I would . Thank you again! I hope this review gets seen! She deserves a lot of credit. At least this old lady thinks so!”
