There are 2 indoor ATMs, a helpful greeter (shoutout to Maricris, who was lovely), a few tellers, and bankers with private offices who can help set you up with trusts, accounts, etc. Each time I've gone, I've been able to get the service I need without too much wait time.The service we got from Samuel Duran to set up our accounts and notarize some documents was great. He went above and beyond his role by educating us on the pros and cons of certain financial situations and notarizing our legal docs. Tip- if you have an account with Chase, you can get a few docs notarized for free. Normally you have to pay $15 per signature.”
