“My husband told me about ism but I would always stay in the car instead of going in. I figured...since he never came out with anything, they must be too expensive...boy was I wrong. He finally convinced me to go in "to just look". I came out with a shirt, hoodie and a skull cap. They run a little small but they are very high quality clothing, the sweats are very thick and soft. The prices are much less than I expected. I actually need to go back because lately I've been wearing my hoodie 2 times a week...I absolutely love it. So warm you can go without a coat. The no pressure customer service was great. I'm only giving 4 stars because my husband would always go in but come out with nothing. They don't carry his size. He's normally a 2x because he's so tall but 3x would fit better when it comes to ism clothing. I would love to surprise him with something from ism...since he turned me on to them...sooo please consider larger sizes. See you soon...”

“Wow, this place has everything you need, cowboy hats, belts, cowboy boots, vests, etc. It's also a historic place in Richmond, it's been around since 1947 and still has poles outside where people used to tie up their horses. Great place!”
“Super friendly, family owned long time Vallejo store. This store has something for all ages. I go there to buy for my grandkids, my adult sons & myself. I even get beanies for my 91 yr old mom. They have good selection of clothes for everyone. The prices are reasonable for the value. I just called to see if they have 49er hoodies & they do. “Such a lifesaver! I made an error and didn’t print enough shirts for a group event through an online t-shirt printing vendor, so I started scrounging the internet and calling every local business. The only person who answered my call, and could reasonably accommodate my request, was Kelley here at Skillz Recognize Skillz - the turnaround time was within an hour and a half! Just because it was a rush order doesn’t mean it looks rushed either- great quality! I highly recommend this business and will remain a customer from here on out.”

“Came by the other day and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of things in this small store, and the wonderful service. The woman who was there that day helped us find different belt sizes, and let me try on boots. She was very kind and welcoming. Good prices, and amazing quality, quantity, and variety of items. From footwear, jewelry, figures, cooking supplies, clothing, ponchos, hats, belts, workwear, ceramics and so much more. I attached some photos of what was there that day. There is still more not shown! Will definitely come again :)”

“Alrighty! Longtime overdue update. Hugh and I wanted to reiterate what a wonderful job Bob did for us. From initial consultation to the Taylor recommendation. He invited our groomsmen to his store after hours and hosted a fitting. All the gentleman Bob works with are so professional. And his recommendations were Unwavering. Unfortunately a vendor didn't offer the tux we originally wanted, but with Bob's help, he found us one even better! Being so generous with his time was more than we could've ever asked for. And the guys looked INCREDIBLE! The caliber of customer service is unmatched. We will be back for wardrobe updates soon!!”
