“I stopped there on the tail end of a long bike ride. There was such a nice vibe going on with some of the customers just hanging out and being friendly and jovial. The man behind the counter greeted me and asked me about my ride. Nice people and a great selection of drinks and snacks. I'm making this food mart a regular stop on my rides.”

“After reading all the wonderful reviews of Urban Cocina, I finally got there for a late lunch today with a friend and we weren't disappointed! I had a absolutely delicious shrimp taco, consisting of multiple huge shrimp atop a crisp taco, and my friend had the delicious pork belly tostada. The ambience was friendly and the chef made multiple visits to our table. This seems to be a family run affair, and I will definitely be back many times in the future.”

The owner Wendy, and her sister Felicia make you feel as if you are a guest in their "home" as you dine in their restaurant. “Best beer bottle/ can store in the world so far that I have found. Huge selection of premium beer. I drink ipa and they always have something I like. Especially Pliny the elder but I am always trying different ipa’s to see what’s out there. Super chill usually not too many people in there. Customer service is always chill (good thing)”

“Came here like 5yrs ago, when I first moved to Richmond, was not good imo. This morning was looking for new spots to try chicharrón and they came up. My hubs said let’s try it again, people say their carnitas are good….. so happy we did, the food was so good. The smell of fresh food hits you before you walk in. The meat wasn’t dry or over cooked. Their horchata was good too, we actually got a mix of a few things even one of their chile rellenos, i will say it’s def a spot to try….. one thing I will say their tortillas were made on the spot but were a bit bland for me”

“I went here for the first time earlier today. I'm new to Vallejo and had been searching for a place with a great beer selection. I finally struck paydirt with Caps N Cork! Huge selection and Jesus was super helpful! I was looking for a nice stout and he showed me several great options. I'll definitely be coming back!”
“The saag paneer is just like someone makes in their house in Punjab. I have stopped making saag at home after I tasted theirs. The chicken tikka masala divine and to satiate your palette there are always local craft beers on tap. Not to forget Simtra.”
“Adobe Liquors has an awesome selection. The advertisement said over 100 tequilas to choose from, and it was impressive. There were several tequilas that I hadn’t seen anywhere else. Adobe Liquor also has very good selection of other types of liquors as well as wines, beer, and some offerings of snacks and light lunch for impromptu picnic. The staff was helpful and friendly. The decor is classy and clean. The ambiance is inviting. I will definitely return often.”

“Wonderful wine shop with a HUGE selection of reasonably priced wines, as well as a few $$$. The proprietor and staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I ducked in to grab a bottle and asked for a French in the $30-50 range was was pleasantly surprised when they recommended a $32 bottle instead of a $48 bottle. Way to make a sale and get a fan for life! They also do tastings, at least on the Friday I was there. I can't wait to go back and explore their selection more.”
