I love their views and cozy feel. The menu and simple and straightforward. Their staff is kind and not overly pushy. I enjoy their breakfasts but their dinners are also good. Their Risotto (usually a special) is one of my favs! Also the view is stunning!

It is April, 2024 and they still have not brought back paper menus. Hard to take them serious as a restaurant without paper menus. It really ruins the vibe when everyone has to stare at their phones to order.
Leila by the Bay was named after Leila, a mother who inspired the belief that good food unites families and communities. Passion for food and serving others is central to our success. We serve healthy, fresh (homemade from scratch) and very tasty California cuisine.
Leila by the Bay is located in the Civic Center Historical Building in Hercules CA.
We love the spirit of the community and the serenity of the surrounding landscape right by the bay. This is the perfect spot to bring people together through fresh food and drinks.
