Well organized, good customer service, affordable and more consistent products in-stock when compared to other discount stores in area (i.e. Ross). Great choice for home goods, cleaning supplies, organization bins and seasonal decor, and furniture.

It's always hard to find things because the shelves are not stocked and straight. You have to go hunting for what you want.

Many items do not have a price sticker on them and the shelves also do not show the price. You have to take it to the cashier for a price check. This place is miss managed and no one seems to care. What a waste of time!

The VERY WORST customer service I have ever encountered! And to top it off the manager condoned the way the cashier treated me! A complete shame, but not surprising! And when I tried to call after returning home the male employee hung up on me and the cashier proceeded to tell me that the manager would be too busy to talk. I will be writing to corporate to express the utter lack of customer service! Again a shameful act of customer service. I hope that everyone who reads this will steer clear of this disgraceful excuse for a business!

The parking lot is always full of garbage, especially around Big lots. Someone needs to go out on a daily basis to clean all the garbage and debris. That's very ugly. Looking for the neighborhood and also will attract rodents and bugs. Please someone please clean this area. It's a mess
