I have been coming to the Hercules branch for a couple of years. I find the tellers to be very efficient and pleasant. And Ms. Johnson, the branch manager, has always been super helpful in solving any problems I may have.

The teller line is usually fairly quick. Just wish they were open on Saturdays.
