“The nicest staff personnel.i have a chronic time management's issue and I am always latealways tardy, alwsys flying in 10 min before closing and no organization or preparedness prior to visit yesterday,I arrived to this post office 10 min before close with a mostly unknown to me temp, address. For my kid whose taken safe harbor with a dear friend, who has a sister-angel who watches over for my baby for me. Thank you-Timber. But I digress. This postal agent in this office who was so helpful and kind to me, yesterday, with my two certified pkgs, not wrapped ? Labeled or weighted. And she was tolerant , helpful and calming to my scattered typical state of affairs. I will verify identity of supremely courteous employee in addendum forth coming. She inspires me to return to actively working on my chronic issues with time.”

“Today Saturday I went to lockeford Usps I had a box that was too big for the slot inside the Usps they stay open till 10am on Saturday...I was disappointed that my box didn’t fit and said out loud (darn it doesn’t fit) ... just then a very nice lady open the main door and said I’ll take that for you... I was so pleased because now I wouldn’t have to wait till Monday to ship... and by the time I returned home my package had already been entered into the system... “My postal carrier forgot to give me a key for a package left in my parcel box. I assumed my package hadn't been delivered to the correct address. I called the US Galt Postal office and asked for assistance. Not only did a postal employee pick up the phone to talk to me, he drove out to my postal box, found the package and hand delivered it. The customer service is excellent! This was on Jan 24th at 1:30pm. I am very grateful.”
