I am a senior citizen on a low income and cannot afford payments on another car. Hine understood and sought good used parts and kept the total to something I could manage. I was turned on to him by my church, and have found him honest and truthful and very thouough. His prices are very competitive and I have recommended him to several of my very satisfied friends.

Do I have an absolutely true story for you. I bought 2 trucks from Family Auto Hemet in the last 6 months. I paid for the first one but they kept it for dealer prep and smogging. To keep a long story short, I made 6 payments on this truck and we received were excuse after excuse after excuse. After going around and around a for the six months they did buy the truck and refunded all my expenses. Then, I applied that money to another truck, a really nice truck in my mind. They knew we were about to move out of state pulling a trailer. They promised the truck was plenty strong enough to pull the trailer knowing it was imperative we would have no problem...so much for their promises. They sold me a warranty repair policy for a $1000, also. (We'll get to that in a minute.) The new truck's oil light came on before I even got it home! Had it in the shop 3 or 4 times for that. Then, the "Check Engine" light came on. Problems with the O2 sensors and the air/fuel mix. I had my new truck in the shop every week and some weeks twice with them claiming to be working on it. I had put about 600 miles on this truck and the engine blew up coming down a mountain. We came off this mountain like a rocket with no brakes or steering. I truly believe it was an act of God that we weren't killed. Broken down in the middle of nowhere with no phone coverage it took waiting about 5 hours to get towed in and we were still sitting in the middle of nowhere with no help. The warranty repair insurance would not cover the repairs ($5000) for a new engine saying the policy "was too new and not active yet". Family Auto says it's covered. So, I'm setting in the middle of nowhere with no support at all. Trouble is I paid a $1000 for that support!!! So, our very strong opinion, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM FAMILY AUTO Hemet!!! Questions? I've bought both my vehicles here. 03 Tahoe and 5 years later my 2012 Sonata SE limited. I take great care of my cars with Jacobs help. Regular maintenance Tahoe has 199,300 miles still perfect and I've had it 8 years in Jan 2020. My sonata daily driver 90k going to OC often I've had it 1 &1/2 years sadly towed today to shop starter went out. I know Jacob will keep me safe driving Gilman Springs 4am. I highly recommend Buying a car here and maintenance too!!

I have always been treated like family when I bring my car here for service. Jacob is so good at his job as are the technicians. Their word is gold! It's wonderful to know I can trust them to do the right thing for me and my car!

Nice job can't wait until Jake has his hybrid certification in February 2019 so hopefully he can work on my Prius in the future when I need riverside county assistance in auto repair importantly he forgot to reset my dash so it does not say maintenance required anymore but I will let it pass LOL

First time I've been here. Saw an add in EZ Ads for smog check and their price for my 2012 Dodge Journey was only $40 (incl certificate) and the coupon brought it down to $36. Was met by Jake when I arrived. Very friendly young man and knowledgeable. They were done with the smog in about 15-20 minutes. I mentioned I have a tire sensor out. He looked up the part, and gave me a quote for $40 as well, which is about half of the dealer price. So I ordered the part and will have them install it when it arrives. With service like they had and reasonable/fair pricing, I will definitely be back.

Dealt with the parts and service area had nothing but wonderful customer service. Took my car in to get a hitch mount put on as well as the oil changed and was very happy. Recently moved to Hemet so now I have found a shop for all my needs!

After being COMPLETELY, taken advantage of, by Hyundai dealers, for decades, I was admittedly gun shy, of any car dealers at all. But it was time to purchase a vehicle, and, luckily, I stopped by Family Auto, and was lucky enough to be greeted, by Steve, a very personable, and down to earth representative. He let me test drive my favorite vehicle, and I loved it, immediately. Instead if getting handed the shaft, I got a VERY good deal, on a fantastic automobile, that I love, and didn't take a big bite out of my pocketbook. I had the vehicle inspected by my mechanic, and got two thumbs up. I've been driving it, for a month, and love it. I am a lifetime customer, of this company, from this day on. All of their cars are surprisingly affordable, and in beautiful condition, thanks to their hard working buyer, that looks for only the best. Their service department also gets an A+ review from me. Went in today and left nothing but completely satisfied. Jacob sat down with us and hammered out a great deal. This is the third car my family has purchased from them. To top it off their service department is fantastic. A huge thank you Family Auto, you guys are amazing
