Okay here we are inside the bank, my son and I were sitting and waiting for a customer representative for him to open up an account. Here's the funny part the lady came up to us and said do you have an appointment? We looked around and there was no one else here. lol so he said no and she said we had to wait because other people had appointments (?) unless there were ghosts in line we were stunned. Every seat for representatives were empty no one was there I assumed they were at lunch. But this is the typical bank, last time I was here there were two people at the counter I guess the other people were on break. There's never a dull moment at this place.That's why I keep my money in my pocket it's a better account..

I've been a Wells Fargo customer since 1970. Always great service and pleasant office We've had some ups and downs like every business has but as long as there is a branch where I live, I will be a customer

I tried to give them my business but they absolutely refused. I am going to say that at this branch, they are "losers". they don't dare to look up and welcome you or show any interest in their clients to be. I wanted to open an "autograph" credit card so that I could take advantage of the $300 sign up bonus. I have a feeling that they really don't want to hand those cards out because the terms are lenient; they couldn't come up with a disclosure that I wanted to see before signing the contract. They also wanted documents going back 28 years because they wanted to review the relationship my husband (who is deceased) with Wells Fargo at the time. Since I didn't present those I needed an appointment. They refused to make that appointment for me even though I was in the bank at that time Don't think you can walk in and give them business because they don't give a rat,s ass and they couldn't care less. I was advised that credit unions (such as logix) have high standards and I will see if they will open the door for me. The employs that work in those cubicles are a detriment to this corporation which already has a super bad reputation and a documentary on Netflix to confirm this Their customer service stinks and the guys are all fat and ugly

This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a bank. First they don't help worth crap. They tell you that you need to speak to a banker face to face, you wait 40mins & then they tell you that you can see a teller put you back in line (where you were originally at) for another 20 mins before your problem is resolved. Over this crappy place

I was very disappointed in you because i'am a senior citizen and I wrote my cousin a check for the rent which I will never do again and she either misplaced it or lost it and you could not even stop a check for me without a $31.00 fee I have been with you for many of years and never have been treated like this so I will never write a check again Delia lopez

My checking account was closed a few months ago, without a proper explanation. I don't appreciate that. Wells Fargo is still losing, with all the scamming of customers.

I was banking out of the area and had to stop in to take care of some business. The staff here was always polite and assisted me with my issue. They took time to get to the root of the problem and check the status of a claim that was made prior to my new card being delivered. When I needed help using the access code at the ATM for the first time, the gentleman at the door was kind enough o show me how to get the code on the app and use it at the machine. Great service is why I stay with Wells Fargo.

Fist time here today to cash a check. Had a very nice teller, she was very friendly and helpful not pushy about opening an account. Although I did not open one she was very polite about it. Will definitely be cashing my checks here from now on.

Never had an issues with Wells Fargo itself. This branch is my favorite. It does get crowed fast. The ATMs seem to break or run out of money fast. Overall good branch good customer service!

Terrible Customer service! Wanted to charge me a fee to walk in and get change and I have 2 accounts with them! This is yet another reason why Wells Fargo is losing customers and will be losing this one!

In fairness. Some of the tellers, the other ladies and guys in their boxes are really good, sincerely helpful. It's just that this week, the line was a really long one. The handicap area left two old people waiting a long time before the banker attended to them. We had to complain to the lady who happened to be a manager, a Chinese lady. She responded without any inch of customer service in her. She sort of said that with the number of people lining up, they have to prioritize which one is important, she also said that there is one that is in-charged in the handicapped area. We both saw that there was no one. The banker in-charged was also in the same window with the rest helping the customers in the line. The banker was also talking. The manager went to her box and I believed called the attention of the in-charged which in minutes speedily returned and gave the man his money. iRONically, two staff were aready outside the door welcoming people to the bank before they have even entered the place. What a complete opposite from what the manager showed us in how she even uttered her words. It didn't reflect the customer service her staff are trying to put up with. Hope somebody higher than her could give her a good coaching. She needs some refinement.

Normally I have a great experience but over the last couple years it has gone down! I now drive down to the state and Stetson welsfargo because they actually do their job... Before this decision I had to call 3 times and even after the last call I did not even get a call back regarding a 401k roll over. Which you would think they would want that kind of business... I no longer go to this welsfargo unless Im going to the drive up ATMs!

Unfortunately hemet wells fargo has gone wrong.Last year they messed up our new debit card issues.This time they messed up again.Our checking account number had been compromised so we needed a new checking account,.We never received our new checks,went to the branch and found out the checks were never ordered.How can a checking account be opened with no checks ordered.DUH..The associate at the door was so polite and courteous it was scary,the banker didn't seem to be interested in our concerns,didn't even look at us in the eyes when talking,kept saying is there anything else,.I think his k-mart tie was too tight.Then he goes into the back to get something,doesn't come back for ten minutes.Uggg,If I thought that any banks were better I would take my $500 and go elsewhere.
