For the people who find shopping AT the store unfulfill ing l strongly urge you go online to order. Recently I went to Stater Brothers where EACH and EVERYTHING I needed to buy cost more.

I've done several online pick up orders so meeting someone like LeAnna was a refresher. She was very polite but friendly. She made the experience less awkward than others who usually never smile or say hello. Thank you LeAnna for being you. Have a great day!

I don't expect to get a reply from Walmart (Hemet at Sanderson Ave.) I was there at 6:15am and did my grocery shopping and at 7:05am, I was ready to checkout. I went to Cash register #17 and there was nobody there. I waited, and waited, and waited. The tactic of Walmart is that is no-one is there you have to use the self-checkout. I don't want to do that. I was getting so frustrated, that I left my cart and left. They have employees that gather groceries for people in blue bins and there are plenty of them going around the store. But not even a cashier! Come on, Walmart! TIme to re-evaluate where I will do my grocery shopping next. They just have to check my history and will see that I have drastically cut down on buying Walmart groceries. Prices have increased so much and blame it on anything you want. Now, they want me to check myself out and also make sure to pay for your bags. Well, the end is near. Sorry Walmart, no support from you - means no support from me.

Ruth and their manager at the time is extremely rude with customers, unfriendly, and has no sense of how to do their jobs. Items on the shelves are also unorganized, not faced, and I believe that has something to do with some of the day managers. The stockers of the shelves are often rude, and some will not help you find products. Walmart Shoppers, who work for Walmart, are unfamiliar with the store or how to treat customers. Many of them run into aisles without watching where they are going, or if there are customers in the way. At least one of them, as she almost hit me, said "excuse you", clearly without regard for the safety of customers. Update: I found out the manager's name is Ana.

Bought a Logitech mouse. In good faith, I never bothered to check the box. When I got home and open the box, I found an hp non working mouse. Customer service won't accept it anymore

Walmart superstore Hemet curbside. Associate Anna went above and beyond. She was friendly, super helpful and bagged/ loaded my car! Anna should be showered with accolades and given a raise! This was my first time using Walmart's shopping app/ curbside service! Thank you for hiring someone so amazing. She truly is the embodiment of true customer service! I give her 10+ stars

This is the last time I came here, I had to get something for my wife that's sick and they are blocking me from entering at 10:56pm. I get that they close at 11:00 pm, but seriously, that's why you close at 11:00pm and not 10:00pm. For people that need to get that last second sick wife crying baby, etc thing that they need Unacceptable

Went to Walmart to get a eye brow pencil. Which cost $9, EVERY THING is locked down. Had to get someone to unlock the eyebrow pencil. Then was told to go to register "17". Register 17 got a line going out the door because everyone has to go to register17 to pickup at lock item, This is embarrassing,. I'll stick to Amazon.

Doesn't deserve any stars. Management gives a rats ass about customer service. And that goes for corporate management as well. I never go in unless I have to. The only decent people are the greeters.

I ordered a few item for curbside pickup at this Walmart. I realized there were a couple of other things I needed so I went in to the Walmart before going to curbside. I had never been to this Walmart before and it's a little confusing. As I entered the store I saw two greeters chatting with each other. I approached them and ask for help. One lady walked away, the other startted listening to my question, then told me she was on lunch break, ask the other lady (the one who just walked away, knowing her teammate was at lunch). The second lady was so rude and unhelpful that I found it shocking. This is a greeter, and if I hadnt already purchased the items I would have walked out and gone to Target, I should have cancelled my online order based solely on the rude and unprofessional treatment I got from the Greeters (not the stock person, the greeter). The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is the greeter at the other entrance was super nice and helpful. As a former retail manager, the 'im on break' greeter should be reprimanded (then get off the floor or people will ask you questions!) and the other one should be sent packing. Worst example of customer service I have ever endured, and this from the Greeter! Target from now on.

I'm not saying I go in to this Walmart with any intention of stealing, but they have WAY too much security and plain-clothes LP's walking around the store. It makes me uncomfortable.

Sanderson Walmart in hemet Worst in California! No service everything is locked up, But most of all the few employees you see will not help you. They just say I'll try and get someone over there for you and nobody ever shows. Final straw last week, I picked up a $2.00 bar of soap by the cosmetics area and walked towards automotive. I got 10 feet and heard a sales person yell at me- HEY! You can't leave this area with that soap !!! (Now there is a employee) i just said it's a 2.00 bar of soap and I need another item from the automotive department. She said then leave the soap and sarcastically said have a nice day. Wow, I'm 62 with cancer and I'm being accused of possibly stealing a bar of soap. I've been to the san Jacinto super Walmart and it's night and day. Not to mention you can take a bar of soap and walk around over there. (At least the last time I was there?). From now on its winco, staters, 99cent store, anything but Walmart, unless they have something I just have to get there ? But can't think of anything. And don't forget that line to exit the store after you paid for your stuff. I could respect what they have to do. But At Sanderson Walmart you're treated like a walking thief. And no one to help you in any departments. They just suck.

Literally everything is locked up in the make up section. Good luck trying to get anyone to unlock crap for you. And then they make you check out at their registers. A whole marathon just freaking get one mascara or eyeliner

I was not going out to eat, trying to save my money for the next two years of travel. So Ibeen gone to every grocery store in the world that feels like. Constantly on the hunt for this one important product that everybody should have in their household Dolly Parton baked goods ! Finally found it here in Hemet California. Must be a good sign. I just moved to a really good place. Great minds think a like if you love Dolly Parton you're definitely a friend of mine. Five stars
