The ghetto ! Pharmacy Shut down in the middle of the day for breaks no schedule indicating that . Then reopened 10 minutes past the time posted they would be back . Store worker don’t even warn you let you walk all the way to the back to discover it on your own. Apparently this is how the location operates every weekend the workers said

CHAOTIC FUN! This Walgreens is a favorite of mine as I feel like I’m in a sitcom every time I walk-in. The staff is sassy, yet professional . There’s lots of misadventures happening in here on the daily like attempted shoplifting but the staff is ALWAYS on top of things! The shift managers care about keeping a close eye on the hooligans and I get a kick out of it.
Also, I come to this Walgreens a lot whenever I have to pick up a prescription as the drive-thru is fantastic and the pharmacy staff are speedy. Whether I walk-in or not, I always get my medications in a timely manner. Oh and they actually get my name right here! I wish I could give this Walgreens five stars but they decreased their operation hours. Bring BACK the 24/7 schedule please!

They definitely need to provide better customer service, have someone always at the drive up. You can have 3 cars ahead of you, and still wait an hour. The phone system is horrible. Put me on hold. Then a ring back and the pick up and say please hold. They do that like 4 times, before they get to you.

Horrible help at the pharmacy. Kim was especially rude. Waited on hold for 20 minutes. The way the phone works there is when you’re on hold for so long it rings back on there end and they have to pick up. She would pick up and click it back on hold ?. Those were the polite times then occasionally she would pick up and just say “Just a sec” in a rude tone while adding in a grunt ?. I get it if you have a line and your busy but me just being on hold shouldn’t be a nuisance to you. I was being patient and didn’t mind holding. When she finally did pick up I could just feel her eyes rolling when talking, you know that voice. The main reason I was calling was the pharmacy just canceled my prescription that was just sent in. No attempt to work with other pharmacies to transfer it or even work with my Dr. to get another brand or a generic. Good thing prescriptions aren’t important ? Zero customer service, can’t speak for the whole pharmacy but this one definitely needs more training on customer service. Even just a simple sorry our lines are long right now can you please continue to hold (and wait for a response instead of hanging up is so much more polite than what happened). My family will not ever use this pharmacy again.

TERRIBLE PLACE!! I won’t anything against the staff, but they don’t know what they’re doing. Additionally, when when I was creating an account online for some reason Walgreens is asking about the phone number so associated with and the model and make of my vehicle which is ridiculous

Terrible service, the Asian that is there, when she answers the phone she doesn't even let you explain what you need, she just hangs up quickly and that's it. and in general very slow, and they don't care about the customer

I came to the store thinking this would be a in n out situation because of the walgreens app I'm usually satisfied with the app but not this time I was stuck on the aisle scratching my head even went to the pharmacy department but they were so busy with a long line I didn't have time to wait then this girl name destiny who is a Walgreens employee offered me help she was amazing I explained my situation she help me with the correct aisle and even came up to me with a cheaper price over the counter medication that was on clearance. As I was waiting in line to get checked out I went and asked for her help with another issue and she was fast knew exactly what I was talking about even with the embarrassing story of why I was looking for this and she made me feel no judgment took me to the exact location of the product I was there for in the first place . Thanks destiny because of you I'll be retuning . Wish all customer service ppl were like you . Your doing a great job and was a life savor tonight .

I was a long time customer of Walgreens and through the many years have made great friends however the pharmacy recently has gone through many changes with their staff as well as hours. One of their pharmacists, Noha is not only the rudest, unpleasant, and unprofessional person I have dealt with, but Noha also takes it upon herself to invoke her thoughts on the customers and their prescriptions. I have 1st hand dealt with this issue with her, as well as her unwelcome 2 cents and her unauthorized tactics. I refuse to ever set foot in that pharmacy again. I am not sure if Noha is a permanent employee or temporary but because of Noha they have lost my business and the hundreds of thousands of dollars I brought to them!

Bad customer service. This person Destiny was very rude. Make me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome . I didn't leave without my online order because that was medicine I needed for my kids.
