I transfered here from cvs due to Walgreens having better pharmacy hours. At least cvs answers the phone promptly. I've called 3 times and every time I give up after 15 minutes of being on hold. Smh. I'm changing to another pharmacy again.

Worst pharmacy in the area. They lie about prescription not being available. They are rude, and slow. We were switched from Rite Aid from absolutely wonderful customer service to this total 360 degree of rudeness, lies and incompetence.

Worst experience with a pharmacy! My fiancé never had an issue with his prescriptions and NEVER had to pay out of pocket at rite aid. We witnessed such a sad situation the other day with an elderly lady going to pick up her prescriptions that are usually covered completely through rite aid and now are not due to Walgreens policy. If your going to take over rite aids patients you should make sure patients prescription coverage isn't affect and also hire more staff!!! We now have to deal with picking up his prescriptions through a money hungry business that doesn't care about their patients and being short staffed. It takes us over 45 mins to pick up prescriptions now and it is impossible to get ahold of someone over the phone. We will be transferring to another pharmacy and I'm sure we won't be the only ones.

when I take my kids or myself to urgent care it's usually URGENT. so when I come in 3 hours later to be told it won't be till tomorrow? how do you justify that? people don't feel good, been up all night with sick kids to get shot down by your lack of staff, concern , or even an apology. very disappointed and very angry. I k ow you can afford to put a few more people back there.

Transfers of Rite Aid are chaos, they can't handle all this business;Somebody should take responsibility and fix the problem; in the mean time, find yourself another pharmacy.

Don't waste your time scheduling a covid test here.I scheduled a covid test, recieved a call a couple hours later from the pharmacy saying the person that does the tests would be late, I stated the test was at 345 pm and they said the person will be in by then. I found it odd he didn't know the time of the test but ok.When I went for the test there was a car ahead of me that took 15 minutes to get help and when I got to the window the guy said the person that gives the test was gone!

Answer your phones and stop hanging up on people I've called numerous times to be told will be with you and hung up on so annoying I'm going to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy because of the bs!

Most time it's a long wait and take for every to get meds in stock, not up to par with there text and call center to get ready emails and text for pick up, drive though is a pain as well,will fight with you to the location and phone number for your meds ,and tell you your in the wrong,

Wednesday my doctor gave me a new medication because the old one wasn't working as well. The head pharmacist notated the prescription not to be filled until my old medication was out, four days from the date of my new prescription. Have you ever heard of such a thing? I am increasingly unhappy with Walgreens prescription service. In the last six months, they have been totally out of my medication on two occasions, once I had to wait for four days out of medication. I am looking for another pharmacy.

I have severe medical conditions, My medication cost is generally over $1,00,000 per year! I have been on the same meds for TEN YEARS! These people cannot seem to do their jobs. I have to call EVERY MONTH to remind them how to do their jobs.... other Walgreens have been just as bad.. I've only had a good experience with one, but it's unfortunately in another state.... this particular pharmacy has no business handing meds that people depend on!

Today, January 16, 2022, between 2:55 pm and 3:11 pm, I was at Walgreen trying to get the "VapoSteam" for Vicks Voporizor. I looked through the whole isle, and there was none but found the "Vapo Pads." Since I have never used the VapoPads I wanted to confirm I pressed the button for assistance, and Irene comes. Irene really doesn't like her job or was annoyed. She was so irritated assisting me. I showed her the pictures of the Vapo Steam bottle and said there was none, which is understandable. I asked her if the Vapo Pads works, and she just said, "idk idk what kind of Vaporizor you have." I showed her which one. And she just repeated to say "idk" with such a annoyed attitude. This review is not much for Walgreens not having the VapoSteam but mostly of the employee's attitude.

Walgreens Rant warning! So, Mr civic minded who REALLY doesn’t believe in the jab (not a true vaccine) attempted to get his booster. 1) Should have originally waited for Pfizer. Very few have the booster for Moderna in Hemet. 2) Walgreens, the bottom of the barrel for scripts, was the only place for Moderna booster. 3) Unorganized, mismanaged, undertrained AND overstaffed (employees standing around looking confused unable to answer questions). 4) First off refused me the FREE booster because they don’t accept Molina ins I was told. 5) Finally someone cleared me for the jab after I wait for people who had appointments AFTER me got the jab and I wait an additional 1/2 hour. M I hope the US government is aware of how this “simple” process is being screwed up by Im competence. I recorded the conversation I had with the pharmacist asking why and of course she had nothing but BS. Glad I have it on tape. End rant.
