This pharmacy, on south Sanderson, Hemet sends me reminder’s to fill my prescriptions monthly. This is so helpful for me because I’m older and can’t remember to call them in. I know when to go and when not to go for my pickups. Very seldom do I have to wait in line. ?

Been two days in a row tryin to get my INHALER. I went to the hospital for shortness of breath. The hospital lets me know that iehp is still active. I feel so thankful because this means I can get my medicine. But with Walgreens I don’t have iehp, I have anthem, an insurance I called and they told me they don’t cover me. So I take my iehp card. Still says anthem covers me, Walgreens employee lets me know that I have to call medi-cal to have anthem removed so that Walgreens’s system can say I have IEHP. As someone who’s trying to use a pharmacy for the first time, I don’t know what to even say when I call medi-cal. Also how is this not the pharmacist job when it’s their system not mine that has the wrong info? I have my iehp insurance card!! Pretty sure they just wanted me to pay for both prescription because I need them to breath, but one of them is over $300

All I can say is you can't go wrong with walgreens. Having the membership is a big plus and the app is even better.

Amazing rx. Went in today for a covid test. Both Brenda and Milynda were super helpful and nice was my first time getting covid. and they were sympathetic. That girl Milynda super sweet and cute. If you see this hit my line please. My info on your system and my name is here

Scheduled a booster for Monday and was later told they ran out of vaccine but that I could come in anytime Wednesday. Stopped by Wednesday, midday, and was told to check back after one. Called after 1 was put repeatedly on hold without anyone speaking. Going elsewhere now.

They do not answer their phones in a timely manner. You have to wait at least 20min or more.

First time coming in until this Walgreens. There was a bit of a wait because of the high volume of customers. I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my booster shot. There's about 10 people in total that I saw that they were helping. Out of the 10 people one lady was the rudest one of all of them. It amazes me how people are so rude entitled and lack compassion. All the girls at the pharmacy were super nice and really polite. This ladies seriously got upset because they asked for the name twice and how the last name was spelled. After that the pharmacist asked her for the date of birth.This lady really got upset because of that lol ma'am have you ever been to a pharmacy to pick up a prescription? She started questioning the pharmacist why did they need so much information. Well I need the information so they can double check it's you and they give you the correct medication. She aggressively responded with " i'm picking this medication up for my client!" I just sat there and kept laughing at this s*** show. The pharmacist handled herself very well. She politely asked her for the information and explain to her that it's to make sure that she had the correct medication for the correct patient. The lady literally got upset because she didn't all the birthday of her "client". I used to pick up my grandfather's prescription when he was still here with us. I knew his full name his date of birth and obviously our address. Do you don't need to be a rocket scientist to go pick up some medication. Also the mask and plexiglass doesn't help. You have to speak up a little in order for the person to hear you because you sound muffled. I honestly felt sorry for the girl because this lady was this so complicated and rude. I got my booster and was treated nicely. Overall they were really nice super professional and I will definitely be coming back to this Walgreens. People need need to be more considerate and have patience.

I made an appointment with the pharmacy to see the doctor, and selected a time that was available for this location. I came in 10 minutes before my appointment to check in and the pharmacy receptionist told me the doctor was going to lunch at my scheduled time for my appointment. I get that it's only a half hour, but what is the point of making an appointment or having the option to select the time if the doctor is going out to lunch during these hours. There is no one here surprisingly for the pharmacy, but it also a Monday afternoon. Why is lunch not scheduled around appointments or why are there appointment times available during lunch hours.... It's just frustrating... ended up waiting for over an hour after my appointment time to be seen and someone who checked in after me got seen first will not be coming to this location again... let alone recommending it to anyone
