I love the place as I can usually get someone very nice and helpful to assist me in finding what I'm looking for and I always find more than I came in for. They have a wide variety of all kinds of makeup products which are very nicely displayed. The only complaint I sometimes have is waiting in a line to pay for my purchases as it is painful for me to stand for any length of time.

Ulta is a beautiful store. It smells lovely inside. I especially liked that it has very nice employees, especially Debra who helped me. She took the time to get everything on my list in record time. Debra knows her store!

Had my hair done at the ulta salon and Oh MY GOSH it was amazing!! Sara is INCREDIBLE!! She’s super Friendly and Super attentive!! And my hair looks and feels amazing! Highly recommend their salon!

NEVER NEVER GO TO THE EYE BAR HERE!!!!
I asked for the girl to trace out my eyebrows first she told me no don’t need to I still asked she still said no not needed and now I have no eyebrows in sports I should.

Blonde male manager is the reason why I hate shopping at this Ulta location. On multiple occasions, I was completely ignored and disrespected by him and his rude attitude. When making a return, he made me feel like I inconvenienced his whole day and was very rude to other shoppers and staff. Another time was when I entered the store and was given a dirty look by him. He’s the reason why I choose to shop at other Ulta’s out of town. But on the good note, other staff and the other managers were extremely helpful and nice except him.

I had previously left a review after some negative experiences at what is probably one of my favorite stores. I chose to give this location another chance being that it's the one closest to my home and the one I like to go to the most for the simple fact that it's the biggest one in the area. I sincerely wish I remember their names but there are several individuals that have gone out of their way to ensure that I felt welcome and comfortable at this particular Ulta. Unfortunately at least my knowledge it was not the head honcho that made this effort. He is only proven to be part of the problem and as far as I can tell... His staff is the reason he may appear to corporate as if he is good at his job. The tall dark haired manager that solves all the problems needs a promotion. She is everything I expect a manager at a retail giant in this industry to be. I appreciate her immensely, the other is just a good worker who knows her customers. I will get their names and make sure they are known as assets to Ulta. The store is super clean, organized and welcoming lately and I strongly believe the female manager is most likely the reason. I am bummed that the GM is not very pleasant... But I am not aware of what he has on his plate and it's possible I am lacking important context but in retail and as a manager... Dude needs a better poker face and should make a serious effort to be less rude to the customers that did nothing to deserve his high anxiety and demeaning communication style.... He is equally intense with the staff as well. No one likes to see that type of thing while shopping. The rest of his staff have def worked hard to make up for the damage he has done as far as guest relations.
