“Rented a truck for the weekend, and everything was so smooth and easy. When I went to pick up the truck, it was on the lot, clean and ready to go. Paperwork was already started, and the woman who finished the checkout process was professional, knowledgeable, and great to deal with. Dropped the truck off and left the keys in the drop box. “Funny story on my expericne at the Uhaul in Hemet, Ca as the associate was helping rent the truck I had reserved, in that moment there was a power outage, did she send me away with no truck? absolutely not the associate took out her phone connected to thier website and was able to process my rental, went completely out of her way even though the power outage could have been a reason to have said no come back later, she instead went out of her way!!! excellent customer service.”
