I appreciate that the closer wasn't pushy about gap insurance, alarms, etc. That's a dealbreaker for me when they won't take no for an answer. When we're ready for another car, we will definitely visit Gosch.

The Gosh Toyota parts crew is outstanding knowledgeable, and helpful .they saved me some money and time by pointing out genuine toyota oem oil change and filter at gosh was $10.00 less than big box parts stores current sale adds .my 1994 pickups never run Better!

DO NOT GO HERE. Marines and anyone in the Military (anyone overall). Please stay away from these guys. I bought a car here and they really try to screw you over. I had a former Marine and an Army guy and they tried to tell me Navy Federal is worse than Toyota financing. They will try to add a bunch of packages and mark up the value as much as possible. I would write every insult imaginable to these guys. However, to surmise, these guys are losers and are the definition of a sleazy salesman's. Please stay away.

Beware of unnecessary mark-ups. They are sharks here. They will not negotiate a good deal. Learn from my experience and stay away. There are way better dealers in LA county and OC. Many dealers include actual work done on a vehicle when they mark- up. Here, they just do it to do it.

Parts department isn’t what it used to be anymore from previous years as far as customer service. Don’t get me wrong still decent on getting items on time but customer service is subpar, every time I call or go in seems like you’re a burden too them or they have a somewhat lazy attitude assisting you makes me go to auto parts stores or just order online now. Hector and Jonathan the previous parts representatives were great, awesome attitudes and were always a pleasure to talk too about parts and vehicles, unfortunate they are longer there anymore.
