My husband and I took our golf cart in for a lift, and light installation.. At first the guy said everything will take 2 weeks max, his exact words were, “we are going to get it done!” They said that the lift had to be ordered and it will take a day to install! We let 2 weeks go by, and we call to check on the car. The guy stated we needed bigger tires before they can start the installation, so we dropped off the bigger tires.. they then called us back 2 weeks later and stated our lift kit would take 4 months to arrive! To our understanding they had the lift kit and just needed bigger tires to begin installation! In the 3 weeks they had our car sitting at their shop they never thought to mention that they never actually even attempted to order our lift kit! They made us do all this running around renting a trailer dropping our car off, and then had to drop off tires when in all actuality our car had just been sitting there this whole time! We ended up just ordering our own lift kit and taking it to another shop to have installed.. just bad service all around here.. hopefully you all have a better experience than we had..

Nothing but good things to say about Town and Country Golf Cars. My mother recently passed, and I needed some help figuring out what to do with her golf cart. They gave me great advice and guidance, never pressured me, and even recommended I sell it privately - putting the customer above profits!I'd 100% do business with Town and Country again! :)

They are very nice to work with. Very helpfull and honest. I needed a new controller for my Taylor Dunn cart. Mine was not able to be rebuilt. Most places would charge a core charge, they waived the core charge for me, was very much appreciated saved me a couple hundred dollars. Their prices are very competitive too. Happy they are in town locally.

Went out looking for a golf cart for my father to use at his retirement community. We wanted something with lights and didn't see those options from looking around. I stopped by and talked to Scott at T&C and he said he could build a special cart that everyone in these retirement communities uses. Mirror, Head lights, break lights and battery monitor. He said it would take a few weeks and it would be as good as anything out there. We agreed to a price and color and in two weeks guess what? I had exactly what he said. A great cart, covering all our needs at the time and price he quoted. I highly recommend them and will use them again if need be.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR GOLF CART HERE. These guys are con artists they will quote you one price for a tune up of 150.00 dollars then decide on their own to tear apart your golf cart and call you with a 750.00 dollar quote to fix it. Then they will threaten you to only bring cash so you can’t pay with your card and dispute the charges. Beware of this place and stay far away.
