I don't understand how I've been calling for about 2 hours and no employees have answered the phone. If I was able to choose no stars, I would. smh

Yesterday, my daughter was not able to pay for her items. The young lady at Target (Barbara) saved the day. She held the items till the end of day. Thank you for your help. This saved the Secret Santa Gift Party.

5 Stars - A Retail Adventure on Red Steeds!Oh, Target, you marvelous retail haven! My recent visit to your kingdom was an experience worthy of epic tales and lyrical ballads. From the moment I entered your realm, I was swept away on the back of a trusty red shopping steed, ready to embark on a retail adventure like no other!Your aisles, adorned with colorful treasures and shimmering merchandise, beckoned me like a siren's call. The air buzzed with excitement as fellow shoppers embarked on their own quests, clutching their own crimson chariots. We were all warriors in the great retail battlefield, armed with our shopping lists and a shared sense of determination. But it wasn't just the products that enchanted me; it was the atmosphere. The bright lights, the cool breeze of the air conditioning, and the joyful symphony of beeps and boops at the checkout lanes created an experience like no other. I felt like I was in a retail wonderland, where every aisle held a new surprise and every product whispered its own unique story. And let's not forget the noble steeds themselves - the red shopping carts! These sturdy companions carried me through the aisles with grace and reliability. With each push, I felt a surge of power, as if my shopping cart and I were a united force, conquering the aisles one treasure at a time. But it wasn't just the grand spectacle that won me over; it was the friendly and helpful staff who made this retail adventure even more extraordinary. With smiles as warm as dragon's fire, they guided me through the maze of options, offering their wisdom and assistance along the way. They truly made me feel like a knight in shining armor, ready to conquer any shopping challenge that lay before me.So, dear fellow adventurers, if you seek a retail experience that combines excitement, convenience, and a touch of whimsy, look no further than Target! It's a kingdom of retail wonders, where noble red steeds await to whisk you away on a shopping journey like no other. Whether you're in search of everyday essentials or hidden treasures, Target is the place to be.Bravo, Target, for creating a shopping experience that ignites the imagination and makes each visit a grand adventure. You have won my heart, and my shopping cart will forever be your loyal steed!Signed,Jade Ann Byrne - A Retail Warrior on a Quest for Greatness

Everyone that works here is rude with a real bad attitude consistently. Haven't met a nice person that works here in years. Store is small dirty and dumpy and there's never carts inside the store.

I was paying through self check out on Saturday April 1, 2023 at around 3:45pm. As I was paying for my items I was on the Walmart app and found an item I wanted to price match. When I was approached by the Target associate, Mayra, she seemed bothered to price match my item & would not look at my phone, she said she needed to use her own device for this. After I showed her the price on the Walmart app she then took my phone & was still not honoring the price match & was scrolling through my phone, on the Walmart app. When I tried to touch my phone to show her the price on the app, she told me not to because she was looking for the price herself -which I had previously showed her because it was on the page when I gave her my phone in the first place. I then tried to take my phone back to find it again & she rudely told me to STOP, she was asking me to stop touching MY phone. This interaction was unacceptable. I then took my phone out of her hands & took my items as is. I am coming from out of town to visit family & I will not ever come to this target again. My experience here & the treatment was not ok. No other location has ever made this big of a deal for a price match, if that is the policy it should be honored without someone taking my phone after telling me they needed to use their own. The price match was a difference of two dollars & Mayra acted like this was coming out of her paycheck. It should be posted somewhere that this location does NOT honor the price match policy.

Today I went to Target to buy hair color, it's about 10:30am, but couldn't find any cashier for check out, only a long line for self-checkout with one woman worked there. I don't know how to use the electric coupon in my cell phone, asked the woman, she just said, "scan it", and walk away. I tried again but it didn't work. The Target app in my cell phone was asking for signing, but I can't remember the password. I must ask for help again. The woman started yelling at me, "you must verify the money is yours, so you need to be signing". I explained to her, I had used the electric coupon before, just show the cell phone to the cashier, never asking for password. But the woman just kept yelling " you need to verify the money is yours...". I told her " I don't want to argue with you" and left the store without buying anything.

This Target USED to be the reprieve from Walmart. Now, honestly, I'd rather go to Walmart. The clothes here are picked over and trashed, most items are out of stock, and worst of all, they have 2, MAYBE three cashiers open, with only 4 self check outs (if they're all operational!!) it takes longer to check out than it does to shop!!

Don't expect to pay for anything here with a check. Their registers do not compute checks and once they deny you a check privilege (because you've never written one there before). They'll no longer accept your debit card either. No history of bad debt (or any debt) but just because. I was directed to two separate check stands then directed to call customer service who explained to me that because I had no history of check writing with Target, they would not accept a check for $250. They said that the dollar amount was too high. Am I laughing alone? Does anyone go to Walmart, Target or Costco these days and spend under $200? What if you don't use credit cards? I use only cash, checks and my debit card. It's Dave Ramsey's training!!! Nonetheless, Target denied me the purchase as well as my next purchase two weeks later which was using my debit card (under $100) sad and sorry to be treated like that. And all this despite the fact that a check is processed like a debit purchase. It comes directly out of the account. I have no negative history. I have more than enough funds but I get "Sorry Ma'am but you're welcome to apply for a Target credit card "Red Card" (which i already have, but I refuse to use credit any longer) Nice. Thank you, no thank you Target. I will never shop this Target again -ever.

The great thing about this Target location is that it doesn't get very busy compared to others. The lines are typically pretty short inside and when I've done curbside pickup, more often than not, there has already been an employee outside waiting with my items. The downside of this location is that it has not received the same facelift as many of the others. Hopefully they update it to look like the one in Menifee and other nearby cities.

I've loved this target and been coming here since we moved in 2017. I just had a bad experience with one of the cashiers. Her name is Jae (white, tall, blonde). We were at the beauty isles and saw that if you spend $20 you can get a free sanitizer. My mom was thrilled like sure I guess spend more money (we originally just got a 6.99 item). So we got more items worth $25. We got to the cashier and told her about it. She said it didn't come up, I said okay it was in the beauty isle area. She said I usually have to have the sanitizer with me for them to scan I said okay i'll look for it, nothing there, so I went back and told her. AND BOII SHE HAD A BIG ATTITUDE. I get it she's tired, the end of the shift. I get it I was a cashier too. But you can see it in her body actions, her grunts, rolling eyes, talking to the next customer about us when the next customer were already pissed. Like im sorry you didn't know about the promotion which you should regarding you are a cashier so they just talked shit about us infront of me and my mom. I didnt wanna say anything cos fuck we were just trying to buy our stuff. The manager ended up giving us the sanitizer even tho we were already ready to just not buy the beauty products. (We legit bought the beauty products just to get a free sani). THEEN she separated our transaction im not sure why and when she tried to put them together she couldn't. So we ended up paying for 2 separate transactions with it's own taxes. And we left and checked out items like a human being and they continued to talk about us. We stayed by the cashier so we heard. If you're working as a customer service, you have to have patience! Inwould have understood if we giving you attitude and yelling or somethinG BUT WE WERENT! You should be patient and know what you need to know that's going on in your store!! I couldnt record it but the body action was just unnecessary and the grunts and the eye rolling?! Really?? When I come back I will definitely make sure not to check out with JAE. Thank you for ruining our mood when it should have been a good "bonding" with my mom.

Upon arrival the greeter had carts lined up and sanitized for us to use. ( She had 4 carts ready and as soon as one was taken she quickly cleaned the next to make sure nobody was waiting). My toddler is entering the terrible 2's. So getting him to sit in the cart was being a hassle. The greeter saw me trying to get him to sit while he was doing those toddler moves that makes it impossible to sit them down . She walked over with a smile ( you could tell with how she was speaking ) and offerred to help and gave my kiddo stickers. She was AMAZING. That allowed me to shop almost an hour. No melt downs or anything. Wish I got her name. The store was cleaned, clothes were sized correctly. End caps were stocked and even seen team members replinshing items while still maintaining distance from customers. Overall this target run was AMAZING!!!
