Aaron was a great help. He set us up with 2 new phones and got us free tablets to boot! He switched over all our info from our old phones to our new phones and even set up our new tablets so we could use them right away! All the while helping other people while waiting for our stuff to download. He was the only person in the store. Great customer service. Won't go to another store!

Stop the T-Mobile today and Aaron helped me out.My phone was taken, but recovered quickly. Aaron set up tracking on my phone and tablet. No questions asked, thx for all you help.

Loved T-mobile at first. This isn't against this location but the company of T-mobile as a whole. Started out with auto to my credit card, they canceled that, I'm now paying $22 more. Then they switched from Netfix to Hulu WITH ADDS! Lost $10 more in value. I'm right back to where I was with Verizon. T-mobile is just as corrupt as Verizon. SMH

Today, my visit to the T-Mobile store in Hemet, CA (off Stetson), for a simple screen protector replacement turned into an unexpectedly frustrating experience. Initially, the staff greeted me warmly and seemed eager to assist with my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen protectors. The atmosphere changed when I inquired about upgrading to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. The staff member assisting me enthusiastically initiated the upgrade process but soon encountered a series of technical difficulties.The problems began with the card reader malfunctioning, followed by issues with the JUMP upgrade process, and then general system errors. This sequence of technical glitches persisted for over 45 minutes. What was more disappointing was the lack of initiative from other staff members present in the store. Despite being within earshot and visibly unoccupied, neither the young lady sitting on the counter nor the gentleman standing around offered to assist or expedite the process.Eventually, after nearly an hour of unresolved issues, I decided to revert to my original plan of just replacing the screen protectors. Even this simple task was botched when the attendant brought the wrong screen protectors and then substituted them with ones that did not fit properly. By this point, my patience had worn thin, and I chose to leave the store.The relaxed and seemingly disinterested demeanor of the staff and management was disheartening. In an industry where sales and customer satisfaction are paramount, this store's performance was underwhelming. My advice to potential customers: consider visiting another T-Mobile location for a possibly better service experience. This store, unfortunately, did not meet the expected standards of efficiency and customer care.

My wife and I went to the T-Mobile store at 3527 Stetson on 1/1/24 to upgrade our iphones and could not have been more pleased with the overall experience. Aaron and his staff searched out our best possible deals. They also walked us through the use of our new iphone 13's. and our ipads. Again, THANK YOU!!! everyone for your professionalism and superior service. Mac and Nancy

Was told I might be eligible for a free tablet he checked my account and said I shows I am eligible Wrong. I paid the taxes out the door and noticed on my account they sold it to me with a half off promotion. When I complained the manager said he was sorry and would see if he could credit $50 on my bill which I didn’t believe he would do a month went by and no credit. They are liers straight up.

Bad experience with this store they told me about my purchase and my plan they didn't know how to do their job and they were a disaster in my plan and they wanted to charge me too much for my plan that they don't give I had to call 611 customer service to fix my problems so that They explained my entire plan well and I was able to fix my plan with him, thanks to the customer service who helped me, it is better that they go to another store, for me I do not recommend it.

If I could give this store a negative rating I would. I went in to help my mother switch her account over and after a long back and forth was told none of what we needed could be accomplished. I drove a mile and a half down the road to the Florida location and not only did they honor the deal that this store claimed they couldn’t, they did more! The woman behind the counter was nice, but clearly lacked training. Her manager Aaron was there, but unfortunately didn’t know anymore than she did. He made matters worse by saying his pregnant coworker made a mistake 2 weeks prior and that’s why we couldn’t switch the account over, however the Florida store did exactly what that pregnant woman promised. I went back in later that day to get the receipt and heard the manager Aaron tell his female coworker that I was the girl he was talking about earlier. If you’re going to talk bad about a customer you should make sure they can’t hear you and if your going to throw another coworker under the bus, then you yourself as a manger should know what you’re talking about. Clearly that store needs a training intervention and it’s apparent why this store is always dead and the Florida location is always busy.
