I visited on a Sunday, and there was one guy working. Of course, three of us customers walk in at about the same time. Two construction guys and a homeowner with her son. The employee took care of the homeowner first, then us construction guys. We were shooting the breeze, trading cards and trade tips, and browsing anyhow. Good job to the young man working there.

Worst customer service. Could not find my acct then given excuse about limited PAYING samples. All major stores have samples but limited to 3 for a large order?

Unfortunately, this location is not contractor friendly. I have had an account here for over 35 years. I used to be able to order paint, walk-in sign the receipt and walk out the door with my paint. Today, I called in an order. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I gave them 45 minutes and drove in. The young man behind the counter was serving a customer. I stood behind them waiting for service. another man, who was talking with a woman in the front of the store came over and stood behind me. When it was my turn, the young man behind the counter said he would wait on the customer behind me, because he had entered the store first. I waited another five minutes for him to finish serving him. Then he offered to serve the woman, because she had come in the store first, even though she was not in line. Then I found out why. He had not even made my order. Now I had to wait another 10 minutes for him to finish waiting on her, and mix my paint. I am very disappointed in the service here.

I wont buy a thing from this place anymore. The guy behind the counter was cocky and acted like he was being bothered. But into days world help is hard to come by. I guess everyone has to lower their standards. But you saved me some money. Thanks for the help.
