I rented a unit for a couple months I had put in my move out date in advance. I was still charged after the fact because they never closed my account. Now I’ve been getting the run around for 2 weeks on $130 charge that they won’t give back. I’ve sent bank statements and talked to multiple people. I will never be using this service again.

customer service at the desk is great! however, I just rented Two units in Jan/Feb and my rent is already going up for next month and in a big chunck. Agghh! I don't thinknthisbis going to be a long term relationship.

First, the huge hump at the entrance is ridiculous. I had to drag my very expensive trailer across it and damaged the underside. Next, I don’t think they could have found a worse unit to rent me. The latch fell apart when I opened the door. (It was obviously broken when they put their little tag on it and they just left for me to deal with.) The access for a truck and trailer was sketchy at best due to the fences they have set up blocking half the aisle. No lighting anywhere,pitch black on that aisle. I really wish I would have come and looked the place over first. I would have gone somewhere else.

I have rented a storage space twice from this facility and twice they have continued to charge my credit card after vacating and closing my account with them. The first time they corrected it and now the second time after months of closing the account with them they continue with the recurring charge, after disputing with my credit card (Discover) and them putting a stop payment flag on their merchant account number (SecureCare) they like the snakes they are used a different mechant number and double charged my account. I called SecureCare and they said "We can't talk to you about this because your not an account holder of ours". The end advice I would give is Don't Do Business with this company !!!

I was with this place for about 2 1/2 years. Making monthly payment was so easy. Everything was perfect so never really had to speak with office except when I moved in, and moved out. Which office staff was amazing. Move in was simple , move out was simple. The only thing semi negative I can say is the price went up little too high for me but on the positive note I will say it was worth the money, when I moved my stuff there it was there for over 2 years and when I moved out there no bugs no spiders so they definetely maintain the grounds. I would absolutely use them if I needed a storage again. I absolutely recommend them.

My storage was broken into July 01 didn't get a call until July 28. All managers Heather Yuri & Martha didn't help resolve or take accountability for my lost. The vp took off the entry locks & the person who broke in did it twice before he was caught by the agent who worked there. Don't ever get a storage here they think it's a game I'm going to the highest level of complaints on them

Donna on the phone reservation was very attentive and a pleasure to do business with. Melinda the manager at the Hemet site was also very attentive and efficiently processed my request. The cleanliness and security of the site was impressive.
