The security guard was really nice, but when I went to discuss/ show the transaction department about an item I had bought about 5 months ago, that just fell apart, (see pics-- this is an expandible dishrack ) they were TOTALLY INFLEXIBLE about any store credit, and not even apologetic. I told them I would take any store credit. In response to my offer, 'Jesse' told me that I could have bought it at 5 Below & was just bringing it to them (what sense this makes is anyone's guess). In conclusion, I recommend if you want merchandise to last longer than a few months, don't shop at Ross. I'm done with that place.

I stopped going to any Ross a long time ago.
The place is always disorganized.
The layout of the store is not inviting as you walk in. Aisles are too narrow, clientele are people who usually trash the store because they don’t even try to put things back where they belong.
I started going to Burlington. Although it’s not much better, the store layout feels more comfortable and the stores are kept more organized.

Upon entering the store today / this evening I was rudely greeted/barked at by Brian the security guy in all black. The shopping carts are usually to my right upon entering and I noticed they were not there. I politely asked Brian the security guy where they were and he informed me that "the floor is being waxed" & I can't use them. Seconds later I saw they had been moved further into the store. And I grabbed one to Brian's dismay. Even though there was no one "waxing the floor" at this Ross Brian continued his first lie to me about the floors being waxed and I "should be careful." The next blatant lie Brian said was when he rudely announced over the store wide speakers was that if any customer was not in line exactly at 11pm...that the registers would be shut down and it would be impossible to make my over $250 in purchases. This was another lie by Brian announced to the entire store. While I was at the cashier making my purchases shortly after 11pm via the cashier scanner........Brian again rudely announced that he has "no patience". This is most definitely true. Brian should be fired. He is one of the most nastiest and meanest persons I have ever encountered working at Ross. If it weren't for the absolute kindness of Maria helping me with my over $250 purchase this evening at Ross I probably would have never returned to Ross for my shopping needs. Maria should be promoted while Brian should either quit or be fired. I am shocked at how condescending and vile Brian treats Ross customers.

Had a bad experience with a loss prevention employee. This fat, short lady with glasses kept following my family and I around the store. I was there with my two little kids and my elderly parents. She kept following us all thru out the store, literally standing right where we were browsing. None of the other employees were doing that just her. Hope she gets fired for inappropriate behavior.

This Ross has improved over last year has more up to date home improvement items as well as women's clothing, need more selections for men's clothing.

A fun store to shop in, with great merchandise and prices. I gave it only 3 stars because the checkout lines are always super long. There is no staff on the floor to assist you either. Frustrating when the merchandise is so good and well priced. ?

Stopped by to get some basketball shoes. The line to get in was real long. Seemed everyone wanted to shop at the same time, my guess is probably because Christmas shopping. They were controling the amount of customers entering the store and had to be wearing masks or face covering. Checkout line was long too. Got what I wanted..2224 Didn't find sandals I needed.
