Very unprofessional don't answer phones and they hang up on you. They have other employees outside picketing on strike because over worked on case loads. I called 4 times and they answer we talk and they hang up on me. Why!?

What is going on here?! Recertification was denied without being reviewed!? I completed everything sent everything and am denied bc of staffing issues? Put on hold then Hung up on 2 times! And why do i suddenly no longer have a case worker! Walking in tomarrow!

They NEVER answer. You can never speak to anyone or leave a message. If you’re lucky they just hang up on you instead of waiting for no one.

Very helpful. I must've went at the right time of day too, because there was a really short line and I was In and out in 30 minutes even with speaking with a worker in the back. It was like 11:30AM on a Wednesday

Thie is the worse office ever they take forever to give u your benefits they could careless if you have kids at home with no food or no money It took me 2 mths to get my benefits again because I was 5 days late returning my papers and once I got my benefits 2 days after someone took my food stamps and cash from my card with out my card I had my card with me it's called skimmed I reported it and now they told me I need to wait 90 days until there good and ready to process my papers they haven't even started it's been 20 days They don't care that I'm a single mom with 2 kids no food no money

My medi cal application has been pending for over 2 MONTHS and when I call to speak to someone there is always a wait of almost 2 hours. I do not mind waiting as long as I get helped, well today after waiting for 2 HOURS to follow up on my application for medi cal the lady on the other end answered and I gave her all my info and she proceeded to ask random questions which I answered and asked her if she could see notes from before since it is always the same thing when I call.. and she HUNG UP ON ME and did not attempt to call me back. This is such a slap on the face to people who need help getting covered for MEDICAL NEEDS. You are not working a customer service job selling cosmetics you are dealing with people’s HEALTH.To the lady who hung up on me, I’ve been waiting for over 2 months to get coverage if you are not enjoying YOUR JOB in the healthcare field I suggest you QUIT. Someone needs to do an evaluation of all the workers here, since SOME feel comfortable being an obstacle between someone getting HEALTHCARE. How sick in the head can you be to play with others health.

Our Medical worker has not returned calls. I uploaded documents she requested on the app benefits Card a day after due in August and again in November and she hasn't reviewed. I requested appointment on app twice and haven't received one. Our Medical still is discontinued and the letter Jodi Turner sent says we have until November 30th, 2023.Going to go to office in person this week to see if I can resolve this situation.. it has caused me to have to pay my premium for Medicare and I can't afford the rest of my bills.

My case worker Karen DeLeon cut off all my benefits for no reason when I'm pregnant. Now she refuses to answer all of my calls for 3 weeks. It's now the first and I still have yet to hear from her.

Been trying to get ahold of my worker for 2 months , we’ve talk once and haven’t heard back since . This is ridiculous. Can’t even get ahold of a supervisor or anything . Ridiculous
