BEWARE
First let me start off with saying that getting ahold of Caleb is terrible and takes several attempts to get him to respond. The story here is, I honestly used these guys based off of their Google reviews and that was a BIG mistake. I took a brand new 2023 MDX to get blacked out (after several attempts to get scheduled) and they screwed up my paint which required a paint job. I had to make arrangements to take back my car and leave it for several days for them to have it painted. (Very inconvenient which became the norm on rectifying further issues) After this episode my wrap started to come off all over the place and once again had to track down Caleb to address the issue and take back once again. In the interim they had to order me an Emblem which got dragged out for several months after them purchasing the wrong product and according to them the correct part was back ordered. After a few months of the backorder story I ended up finding it for them and directed them to where to purchase the product. Once again had to take the car back to rectify some additional vinyl problems and put on the new Emblem. At this visit they replaced some vinyl that was bubbling and coming off near my window driver side window and damaged the weather stripping for the window which caused issues with the window staying rolled up. This attempt to rectify took months again to try and get resolved and when finally able to take it in to address I was told that they did not cause the problem. Funny since the car has only been touched by these guys and started right after the last attempt to rectify other problems caused by these guys. Long story short is these guys are terrible at communicating and did terrible work on my vehicle and by far the worst shop I have ever taken my cars to for modifications and I have had many many cars over my years of modifying vehicles. I want everyone to be aware of what could happen if you take your vehicle to these guys.
